The apartment consists of 1 room with a sleeping alcove with a comfortable double bed. In addition, there is a good sofa bed with a mattress for two people.

On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.
