In addition, there is a rooftop pool and tennis courts, and the beach is a stone's throw away. Parking in the garage via elevator. Of course, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. In addition, there is a 65-inch Beo TV with a surround sound system in the living room and a 46-inch Beo in the bedroom. Both are equipped with AppleTV.

In southern Gotland lies our unique home – a modern interpretation of the Gotland barn in burnt spruce and untreated concrete, with large glass sections that blur the boundary between inside and outside. Here, you can find peace and quiet right away. You swim in the 32-degree pool, cook with local ingredients and let the evenings take their time. The house is completely self-sufficient in electricity via solar cells and batteries. We are happy to share the place that for us means calm, presence and enjoyment of life – and hope that you will feel the same.

Beautiful and beachfront house with walking distance to the sea and views of the Karlsoy islands on the fantastic Eksta coast in Gotland. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

Cozy apartment on 3rd floor. Large terrace with lovely sea views at Snäck, 3 km from Visby The apartment is at Snäck, 3 km outside the wall. Proximity to nature trails and water. On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. Welcome to our guesthouse! Live modern, clean and comfortable on the outskirts of Visby. The area is peaceful and quiet and is called Terra Nova. The guest house is about 35 square meters and situated within walking distance to a large shopping area as well as a beautiful forest. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the city wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.
