Sjöhuset

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Old charming farmhouse in quiet area where the plot adjoins the municipal beach at Vängsjön in Gottrøre. In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km away. Outside the cottage you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about 40 minutes drive . Easier Livs about 5 km away.

You have nature right by the house and can go out on peaceful walks and excursions. By car, you have a grocery store just a few minutes away with basic goods. If you want to do a bigger shopping, you have Rimbo about 10 minutes away. 50 minutes to Stockholm, about 30 minutes to Norrtälje and about 30 minutes to Uppsala. In other words, you have several places to visit if you so wish.

Nära finner du friluftsområdet Fjällnora och om du önskar att komma in till stan är det cirka 20 minuter in till Uppsala stad där du finner allt utbud av restauranger och shopping du kan tänka dig.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Välkommen till gästhuset till vår karolinergård som ligger i en charmig kulturbebyggelse med massvis att göra. På gården finns kaniner, en snäll hund och just nu söta små änder. I byn finns hästar, lekpark, fotbollsplan, basketplan, utegym, löparspår, biograf, kyrka och motorcrossbana. I helgen som kommer firas Sveriges nationaldag med en genuin medeltidsmarknad och ni har chans att bo mitt i den! Nära till Arlanda, Uppsala och Sigtuna. Stockholm och Norrtälje en dagsutflykt bort.
