We had our check in around 2 a.m. but everything was so well organized! We felt as if we were at home. There was enough lights (not something special but just as much as we need it) in order to find private parking and the key from the key box in the middle of the night. The welcome was warm and generous with typical local and handmade products. The owners had informed us that some food would have been left in the fridge because it was nearly impossible to find something to eat around 2 a.m. After many stressful weeks in our hometown, we wanted to relax, and Casa di Olive was the right choice. Peacefull property, stunning view, privacy. We mostly enjoyed dinners to the private garden, but we also liked family run tavernas in front of the coast. In one-word, memorable holidays! We will definitely come back.

The place is very comfortable and nice. Perfect for being in the area. Guests are many nice and hospitable and make you feel at home. We are thankful for their treatment and for having had a great few days with them!

We had an indescribably beautiful time in the windmill. The view and the garden are stunning. Everything is prepared with so much attention to detail. We lacked nothing. In the village you can eat very well. You're just comfortable. We are happy that we were allowed to be there. If you're looking for something special, highly recommend this place.

We were very pleased. When we arrived, the fridge was filled up, which was very convenient for us. We were able to eat it for several days. Due to the low season, the tavernas were unfortunately closed and we always had to move the car to find one. That was not entirely clear to us in advance. The property is ideally located for exploring the east and surrounding cities. On the roof terrace you could easily spend an afternoon in the sun and in the evening there was fantastic light at sunset. We didn't lack anything. Everywhere you have found small gadgets or board games. Only the small bathroom and the very soft beds on the upper floor were not quite as we imagined, but the rest of the place was so nice that you could easily overlook it. We got tips for the area and the landlady was always reachable. We recommend the place!

Beautiful place, matches the pictures. The apartment is very clean and the furniture and dishes etc. are as good as new. We were provided with a welcome basket with some Cretan snacks, as well as some honey and wine from Manolis & Despina. The refrigerator was also filled with bread, cold cuts, fruit and water. The property is located a bit off the city center but is relatively quick to reach by car. Only the road to the house is easy to overlook on the first approach and the way up is a bit bumpy. Once at the top, you can't complain about an absolutely fantastic view of the sea and the bay opposite, as well as the tranquility. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Daniel is a fantastic host, it is a pleasure to meet such people. The house is beautiful with a beautiful atmosphere and Lithines an amazing place. Around a lot of excursions and only 10 min. car to the sea. The stay was just great!

We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect in this "brand new" villa. The house has three large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180 cm). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the living room is spacious, the view is magnificent, and the pool is refreshing with an outdoor shower. From the villa, discover the east of the island which is so beautiful. Don't miss the little fishing village of Mochlos. Our host was lovely and gave us great advice to recommend very good local restaurants in Ágios Nicolaos. Thank you so much Diana for these recommendations and for our wonderful stay.

Great, spacious apartment in a complex with 3 pools (incl. children's pool) and a small snack bar. The beach of Makrygialos is beautifully flat and sandy and 3 minutes away by car. Shady trees line the shore, making it a perfect place for families with small children. You have to drive a little longer to get to the big supermarket, but there is also a fruit and vegetable shop directly along the street. Dimitri is very helpful and regularly checks the many plants in the front yard, so he is also very easy to reach. As a family, we would definitely come back and recommend the accommodation.
