super central, easy and fuss free access, perfect lounge area, good heating!

Very beautiful home . We arrived late at night and was a little difficult to find and to see what a beautiful location this was . There are many beautiful homes in this gated community , very well kept gardens . We realised this in the morning . Lots of native visitors ( kangaroos and owls) Very well appointed kitchen including a coffee machine and milk frother.( nb the little spinner inside the frother was missing so it was hard to froth) Thank you for providing coffee pods , a very appreciated thing first thing in the morning . May I suggest if possible to have some Milk at least for first day ? We loved the balcony with the big table and chairs . Just a pity it was too cold but hopefully we will be back to enjoy this beautiful place again . Not too far from Beautiful wineries and shopping town and train station . Great place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities and quite a large space. unfortunately we had an issue with the internet during our stay but Jan/Trevor came to assist with troubleshooting and offered us a late check out instead.

Beautiful little townhouse with everything you need. Comfortable beds, well maintained and very clean. Walking distance to supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Stacey’s communication was great and answered all my questions very quickly. Highly recommend staying Stacey and Caz’s townhouse!!!

A really lovely town house, immaculate, heating was great - we were warm and cosy despite the rain and low temperatures. Very thoughtful hosts who provided local fresh Milk and bread, which we were grateful for as we were able to make a cuppa on arrival. The beds are very comfy, plenty of blankets and pillows and well appointed bathrooms with sustainable products. I would happy recommend to friends and family.

Jenelle and Baxter are wonderful hosts!! I had a very comfortable stay and liked having the walkable access to direct train into city centre, as well as shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Jenelle and Baxter were both very welcoming and friendly. Jenelle gave me some brilliant recommendations for local places to visit. I would gladly stay here again!

Stephanie was awesome to deal with. The house was super clean and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. We will be back!

The place is very nice, quiet with all you need for a longer stay more than a week. The room is tidy and clean , spacious area to stretch and relax at the backyard. It's not close to city so good for people they want quiet and peaceful area for their stay.

Emma’s place was wonderful, perfect location easy walking to Main Street… clean, tidy & beautiful.

The place was great, very roomy, clean and plenty of space. The area is also fantastic with heaps of great food only walking distance away. The only thing that was disappointing was the real-estate agents security verification process which was very time consuming and required that I send photos of my drivers license and also a selfie picture. I then learned that this information is sent and stored in a UK security company. I didn't want my details stored there so I opened up a complaint to get these details removed.

The house was very clean & very well maintained. Extremely close to everything. Restaurants were only like 100 meters away. So close to the Town Centre but also so quite. Loved every second

Kevin has a lovely home in Mill Park. A great location and peaceful surrounds. I was very impressed with all that was provided including a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfy and extra blankets are provided if the need arises. I would rerecommend Kevin's home when visiting Melbourne.

Two weeks at Greg's place. The accommodation has everything that you could need. The location was ideal for our needs. Communication with Greg was always really quick. Whilst not meeting Greg from his communications he came across as a contentious and extremely helpful host. I would recommend this property and would definitely look to book again if we return in the future. many thanks.

Great place to relax for a few days with the family. Well equipped and lots of space. We were lucky enough to have great weather so could enjoy the pool and the kids loved the pool table. A fair way out of the centre of town but a lovely spot to be able to walk directly out to the river front.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the station and the town of Reservoir. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Property is nicely arranged and very well equipped. However the main reason why we will be returning is the attentive, responsive and kindness from Bronya. Exceeded our expectations in so many ways- thank you!

Tamara’s place was exceptional. Great location, amazing design and also extremely functional. We had two families staying with 3 young children. There was ample space for all. Rooms were spacious, and living spaces brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Loved this place, stayed multiple times and it works perfectly for our family. Very quiet and close to everything we needed.

Marie is very nice, she share the food with me and also the juice, very cute and clever dog, I really like them, and the last day she has no new booking and let me stay longer! She is really nice! 100% recommend to you!

Absolutely gorgeous home. Outstanding linen, super fluffy towels, gorgeous glassware and crockery. Fabulous heating and outstanding furniture. Everything is immaculate and so beautifully styled. Five stars for everything.
