Apartment holiday rentals in Gourdon

Marc and his wife, Allison, were amazing hosts. They were pro-active in communication, responsive and very helpful. The apartment itself is wonderful, and is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It would be hard to imagine a better location or facility to base out of while in Sarlat. Having a dedicated parking spot within easy walking distance to the apartment was terrific!! If this place is available for the duration of your visit, book it without hesitation!

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Sarlat. On the fourth floor of a very old building. Great setting with the bedroom windows over looking the rooftops of Sarlat. Furnishing and interior were very fresh. Washing machine and dishwasher.

From the welcome to the goodbye, everything was perfect ! The tranquil surroundings were ideal to kick back and unwind. We were made to feel at home straightaway and nothing was too much trouble for Cornelius and Nicky, our hosts. Perfectly situated within walking or driving distance of Puy L’évêque a medieval town filled with wonderful streets to explore and restaurants to eat in, the apartment runs along side the River Lot which provides a perfect sound track to relax to. Add in the accompanying frogs and crickets and you have a feast for both the ears and eyes ! There was a kayak for our use on site and lots of different areas around the property in which to sit and watch the world go by. The apartment itself is well equipped - a perfect size for two and we could not recommend it highly enough.

Very cute Airbnb! Such a charming place with everything you need. The bed was super comfortable and it was so quiet at night, even on Friday and Saturday with the bedroom window open. It was very hot when we stayed there but there is a fan in the bedroom and the windows helped cool the place down at night. Perfect location and such a beautiful place to stay!

A fantastic location right near the cathedral with tons of character. Great instructions and support accessing the place given its location. Note that the parking is a little challenging and would not be a place for someone with mobility issues. We loved it though!

From the moment we arrived, Sandrine and Patrick made us feel very much at home in their attractive gite. We enjoyed relaxing peacefully by the stream that runs through the beautiful garden. The location is perfect for walks in the surrounding countryside and trips by car to nearby medieval villages. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to others. The small restaurant which is run by the owners was excellent as well.

We spent 10 magical days at Tyler’s charming apartment located just above the church in the old city. It is an ideal location for exploring all the wonders of the Dordogne, as we headed out each day in a different direction. The spacious apartment is absolutely charming - wonderfully decorated with interesting antiques. We loved hearing the chiming of the church bells out the windows, enjoyed the local bistros, daily purchased croissant from the corner boulangerie and even had free parking a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Laura downstairs was very responsive when we had concerns, although we had very few as the apartment was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and we were just steps away from the rest of Sarlat.

Excellent location in the heart of Sarlat. Plenty of restaurants and bars just outside the door, free parking 5 mins away. The apartment is cozy and well planned, got some good recommendations for restaurants, bakery, charging and parking from Julien who always replied within a few minutes. This place was a truly gem that we would love to visit again some day.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

The apartment was spacious and very nicely furnished. It was also extremely well-equipped. The location was excellent - very near the center of town - and Ludovic was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very pleasant stay for 2 nights in a very nice environment with a superb view.. Morgane is very friendly and attentive. Thank you for the excellent eggs made available to us. Maybe we'll come back to explore more of this beautiful area. We wish Morgane a beautiful baby.

We enjoyed our week in Sarlat at the Aux 3 Sens apartment. It was perfect. The best AirBNB we have ever stayed at. We were welcomed with a nice mint/ lemon water pitcher and a few little bites. The location is great; right in the beautiful and gastronomic medieval city. It was very hot there the last few days so the mini split air conditioning was a real plus. I love the shower in the bath! Be sure to eat in his lovely restaurant just below you. Christian was so helpful and friendly. This is THE only place to stay in Sarlat ! This is a beautiful apartment set in a lovely traditional French regional town, with excellent road connections to explore the area.

Great accommodation, very clean and very convenient, nothing is missing, everything is well thought out.

Our stay at Florence's was perfect. The accommodation is large, the bedding comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. Everything was perfectly clean, the pool was very well maintained and always clean, as well as the jacuzzi. With the heatwave during our stay, we greatly appreciated the pool and the accommodation keeps the coolness very well! The surrounding garden is very pleasant for resting, having an aperitif... Lots of tourist sites to visit around. Florence gave us plenty of tips on the surroundings (restaurants, markets...) Very friendly welcome, very nice and warm host. We recommend it!

A big thank you to both our hosts, who gave us a very warm welcome. We had a delightful weeks stay, enjoying relaxing on the patio and having easy access to the beautiful town of Sarlat. The apartment was 10 min walk straight down the hill into the heart of this enchanting medieval town (the hill is very steep if you have accessibility issues). Very nice little studio, well arranged and equipped. The place was clean, tidy. The jacuzzi is very nice, you feel good in this accommodation, I highly recommend it for a stop in Brive!
