The small house

Completed in December 2025, this single-story home has been completely renovated to accommodate you in optimal conditions. It is a peaceful place, in the countryside, in the middle of the black mountains. Not overlooked in order to keep this side relaxing: just two houses in the village including this one. Located in the center of Brittany, it's the perfect place to discover both the sea and the land. The village is located 2 km away with all the local shops, and the greenway is 2 km away.

Relax, unwind or work in our tranquil apartment, fully equipped for stopovers, home working and complete holiday breaks. Situated in the heart of rural Brittany, 1km from the Brest /Nantes canal, it's perfect for couples, and walking, cycling and wildlife enthusiasts. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake.
