A pleasant apartment of 40 m2, 2 comfortable rooms in a small, well-located residence with easy access on foot to the city center (18 min) and roads to get out of the city. Very quiet with terrace overlooking greenery, not overlooked. Equipped kitchen and planned for long stays. Possibility of 4 people because sofa convertible into a real bed. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR (easy staircase). Private parking space at the bottom of the building + Bus at the foot of the residence.

Fully equipped 30 square meter 2 bedroom apartment in the center of Quimper, on the edge of the pedestrian area, 100 meters from the cathedral and close to restaurants, museums, administrations, shops, pubs, theaters, art galleries and bookstores etc. The apartment is close to the train station. Parking is paid at the foot of the building during the day, or permanently free 450 meters away. This accommodation, with excellent value for money, is ideal for remote work or tourism.

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

You'll love my place because of the view and the comfort. It is perfect for couples. My accommodation is located at Port RHU near Tristan Island and the marina of Tréboul. You can access the city center of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Nearby bars and restaurants and in Tréboul the thalassotherapy center. My apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor. For parking no problem, 2 free parking lots nearby.

Our place is close to Quimper 13 km, Locronan 6 km, Douarnenez 12 km. The sea is 10 km away. Located in the countryside (N48°3'47'' W4°12'39') 2.5 km from shops, you will find a rich architectural heritage in the surroundings. Our accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers but unfortunately not for the disabled because it is upstairs. About 1 km away you will find the greenway that connects Quimper to Douarnenez

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
