The apartment is very nice, well furnished and pleasant to live in. It is ideally located, close to many shops, transport and places of interest. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient for everyday life. Lauvergeon is very responsive. He responds quickly to messages and demonstrates great professionalism

I booked Lucie's accommodation for a weekend with my granddaughter. We had a great time. Lucie and her family are very pleasant and considerate hosts. The accommodation is totally faithful to the photos, quite suitable for 2 people. Impeccable cleanliness! The garden is really beautiful, we were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor facilities. Toys and buoys are available, if you have children (or not for that matter😁) I recommend this accommodation! Thanks again to Lucie and her husband!

We had a wonderful stay at Pape's apartment in Noisy Le Grand! The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It's located in a peaceful and well-connected neighborhood, with a good mall nearby and the RER station within walking distance. Once at the station, getting to Disneyland or central Paris was quick and easy. The apartment itself is cosy and well laid out — perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. Pape is an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. He took time to explain everything during check-in and made sure we had a smooth experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

Quiet and secure. Close to Paris centre with the Red line A to and from Disneyland and Chatelet. Was nice to be in a very French little area outside of the noise of Paris. Market on Friday was good. Amazing restaurant on the doorstep

The apartment was just as shown in the photos. Many restaurants enarby. Also grocery stores can be found 2mins away. Transportation is near: easy access to RER/Metro. Dany and Sophie were very friendly too. I would book it again.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. All essentials were thoughtfully provided — from bathroom and kitchen supplies to bedroom necessities. The host, Sonia, was incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable, which made the experience even better. The balcony view was a highlight — it was such a pleasure to enjoy dinner while overlooking the surroundings. The only minor challenge was that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so climbing the stairs could be a bit tiring. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay with a fantastic host — truly a memorable Stay! Thank you Sonia ♥️

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Everything was perfect!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
