Over the past five years, we have transformed this space into a welcoming place where life is good. The cottage, completely renovated in an eco-responsible spirit, allows you to discover the principles of permaculture and for those who practice it, to go even further.

Le Moulin Neuf is located 5 km from Fleurance , 24 km from Auch, and 16 km from Lectoure, a spa town. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the Coco cottage is a comfortable haven of peace for a stay in the countryside, allowing you to explore the region. The cottage is an outbuilding of a former water mill, restored in 2020, in the middle of 5 hectares of meadow. It is also the ideal accommodation for the famous Fleurance Astronomical Festival and for employees on business trips. Dogs accepted upon request.

Welcome to our family cottage located in a small village of Gascony. This 80 m2 cottage, adjoining our home, has just been completely renovated and designed so guests can enjoy a beautiful multicolored and hilly landscape with serenity. This accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts and opens directly onto a private wooded park, allowing you to relax in a real green setting. Free parking is available near the cottage and access is independent.

The Atelier Cottages/ The Eiffel Gîte

The Eiffel cottage is really atypical with its clover-shaped Eiffel bridge column and industrial mezzanine overlooking the living room. This column is a masterpiece of an Eiffel bridge reused here to support the floor. It is a very spacious, completely renovated old barn (130 m2) with a lot of character. Its earth-colored style recalls its original state of clay and brick. This cottage has a bar and a summer kitchen. Sleeps 4-6 people.

This unusual cabin offers you real comfort, with a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the forest. A summer kitchen with barbecue, fridge and plancha available. Come and stay in our 20 m2 dome in the heart of a Gers village. Located close to our house, not overlooked, you can walk around and discover colorful landscapes, hills, sunflower fields... For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Breakfast is included and packed lunches are available on request.
