Gîte de l'Abbaye d'Etrun and its green park

The cottage is the oldest house in the village, it guarded the entrance to the Abbey of the Benedictines of Etrun. The Abbey was founded in 980 and destroyed during the revolution in 1789. The whole has been listed as a Historic Monument. In 1815 Cardinal De La TOUR d'AUVERGNE decided to build his "Summer Residence" of which the surrounding walls still exist, as well as some period elements. In 1915, General Pétain made it his headquarters and commanded the Battle of Artois from these places.

Notre tipi vous attend dans un village paisible ou pour découvrir la région : 10km d’Arras, 20km de Lorette et Vimy, 45km de Lille, et à 1 heure de la Côte d’Opale et d’Amiens. Site parfait pour un couple ou une famille avec deux enfants, avec un petit déjeuner inclus. La piscine partagée avec les propriétaires (non chauffée mais environ 27°C en saison). La baignade est possible sous le dôme. Un terrain de pétanque est à votre disposition. Vous serez les seuls voyageurs pendant votre séjour.

Un chalet design posé au cœur d'une forêt privée de 22 hectares, sur le domaine d'un château de 1820. Ici, pas de voisins ni de route : des arbres à perte de vue, le silence, et une terrasse de 160 m² pour en profiter du matin au soir. A 15 minutes d'Arras, à 1h de Lille ou de la Côte d'Opale. Le chalet a été pensé comme une parenthèse : mobilier haut de gamme, matériaux naturels, grandes ouvertures sur la forêt. On y vient pour déconnecter, marcher et repartir apaisé.

The living areas feature fully-equipped kitchens, living rooms and lounges. Large bay windows offer unobstructed views of the garden and swimming pool. The basement features a wellness area with hammam, jacuzzi, relaxation lounge and shower.

Enjoy a quiet stay in the countryside, about ten kilometers from Arras. You are close to the historical sites of the First World War or the Louvre Lens. Newly designed, the studio is comfortable. Linens and towels are provided. It has a 160 x 200 bed. To be ready for new adventures the next day, you can recharge your vehicle at our electric terminal (pricing to be seen on site).
