Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gouvieux

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at Kenneth's house whose description matched point by point. Kenneth was, moreover, very flexible on our arrival and departure, I thank him again. Nice sweet touches delighted the little ones but also the big ones ☺️ Everything is well thought out to feel at home there! In short, we will repeat the experience at an upcoming Grand Prix Young Golfers in the area ⛳️👌🏼

Beautiful welcome in a beautiful house of character, we had a pleasant stay there. The cherry on the cake is the wood burning stove that gives the evenings a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to Eveline and her husband

Pleasant stay in the green in a charming cottage, welcoming, comfortable, very well arranged, with pretty decor and close to many sites to visit and walks in the forests: Crépy en Valois, Pierrefonds, Compiègne, Senlis...

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

I had a great stay in the house, which is very spacious and has a lot of charm with natural materials. Ana is a responsive and very friendly hostess. I recommend this accommodation, which allows you to visit very interesting sites: Auvers sur Oise, the castle of Monte Cristo and the house of Zola in Sedan...

We highly recommend Pauline's accommodation: matches the description, very well located near Chantilly, the layout of the house is great, very well-equipped kitchen, quiet despite the nearby road, near good restaurants (on foot), near a good bakery (on foot) and near a good butcher (on foot). Private parking.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

This wonderful and conveniently placed one bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Paris and absolutely added to one of the best vacations I have ever had. The apartment was accurately represented and very comfortable for 2 occupants. It had easy access to multiple metro lines which made getting around Paris very easy. Corinne was responsive and very helpful for both check-in and check-out and also was proactive in resolving any little item we addressed. I would most certainly work with Corinne again for any future trips.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Gorgeous Paris apartment. Private and yet very convenient to restaurants, the Metro, cafes. Host offered a personal check in assistant who spoke English: very much appreciated. It’s simply a stunning place.

My family of 4 adults and one child spent 3 nights at Patrick’s apartment and found it to be so centrally located (in an upscale area) that we could easily get to many of the sites we wanted to see during our stay. Just a few steps from the door, we walked along the Seine, viewed the Eiffel Tower, visited Grand Palais and Petit Palais, and enjoyed several nice cafes and restaurants. The apartment is even more luxurious than the website description and photos. Lovely balcony, too. The neighborhood and apartment are very safe and secure. The host Patrick and manager Badr responded quickly to every inquiry and provided excellent recommendations. Badr even surprised us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate our 50th anniversary. I have stayed in a couple other areas of Paris in the past. This has been the best!

Absolutely loved our stay at Laurence place 🥰 We wanted a quiet relaxing place to spend a few days and it’s exactly what we got and more. We’ve felt at home the moment we’ve arrived. Everything you need is there and a plus, the village is only a 10 mins walk from the property with all the amenities you can think of. Laurence is absolutely charming and was very proactive in n giving us all the helpful information. She also took us to visit the Château de Chantilly, which was wonderful inside and out. We also went to the Friday market to Senlis, a beautiful place and market full of great food and more. In a nutshell, our 5 days stay at Laurence was perfect and I’m certainly we’ll be back at some point. We highly recommend this property, you won’t regret it.

The place was great. There was everything you needed and the place is extremely quiet

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

We had a nice stay with the family. The place is spacious so even at 7 we don't step on it. The veranda is pleasant and bright. Comfortable living room chairs! Having single beds was very convenient for our setup. Everything you need to cook. The village is quiet 10min from Compiègne by car.

Great property with plenty of kitchen and lounge space for socialising downstairs - good location, friendly and helpful host

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.
