Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. Our cottage is in one of the most beautiful Waterland villages, Broek in Waterland. It is located in a beautiful area, 8 km from Amsterdam. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so you can be at Amsterdam Centraal in 12 minutes. The guest house itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or, for example, a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area.

Holiday home on farmyard

A cozy and cozy holiday home on our farm. The house is built in a former barn in a quiet place, along the dike. In the spacious yard there is enough space to sit outside and to enjoy the peace, space and nature. The property features a ground floor bedroom with a first floor bedroom. Overlooking the dike and beyond the Gouwzee. What can be swam in summers. The people of the farm are our chickens and sheep.
