Cosy, little town house available as gite/holiday rental or bed and breakfast in quiet and friendly village in the beautiful, rural Creuse with its many tourist adventures/sites, great for cycling, walking, fishing, bird life and generally unwinding and relaxing. Ideal for short break, to cut your journey or perhaps a romantic break. Please note that the 2nd bedroom is situated on top floor and access is via very steep stairs. Small garden just opposite the house for further chilling!

I suggest you occupy my first house, located in the heart of a village in Creusois classified as a village stage. Located on a quiet street, a few hundred meters from all the shops of the village (Boulangerie-pâtisserie at the end of the street, tobacconist, pharmacy, Carrefour Market...), this 90m² house is easy to access, at the exit of the expressway. The icing on the cake, the large wooded garden, with its terrace at the back of the house, gives you moments of sharing in peace.

Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree holiday; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be released. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

L'Atelier: small house with beautiful view.

This former workshop, just renovated, has become a lovely little welcoming house. Located close to the village, but in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has magnificent views of the valley. Renovated in industrial style to retain its origin, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a cozy bedroom upstairs. A small terrace will allow you to enjoy the view. Free parking in front of the house. A true haven of peace!

Close to a small pond, you will find a charming apartment adjoining an old renovated barn. This nature-lined home will please you with its simplicity. You will find birdsong, flowers, greenery and above all calm: it's the countryside! 🙃 You will be on a central point to do the best activities in Creuse: Les Pierres Jaumatres, the Etang des Landes... And 20 minutes from Guéret, the site of the three lakes. I will be delighted to advise you!

Le Monticule: heaven at your feet

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and a fantastic view over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed views of the sunset and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead-end road. Wonderful place to recover for a week from everyday hustle and bustle, a weekend of cocooning or a comfortable stay while looking for your own home in France.

Enjoy this stone house located in a 130-hectare estate with family or friends. You can take walks on foot in a relaxing setting and away from traffic, picnics outdoors as well as fishing (extra charge) on our 10 hectare pond. The accommodation is 2 minutes from the town of Gouzon (supermarket, pharmacy, Tuesday morning market, doctor...), 20 minutes from Guéret and 30 minutes from Montluçon via the N145.

Located in the countryside 7 km from the RN 145 and Gouzon with its shops ,restaurants and activities . -A supplement of €10 from the stay for the garage, €15 for the umbrella bed and high chair included.

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, on which you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, sunbeds and barbecue. All basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
