Roberta's listing was everything and more. You are in a safe area with security holding down the front 24/7. The place is spacious and can accommodate your party comfortably. We had help keep our place tidy, which was wonderful considering we were all on vacation. Roberta was communicative and efficient with responding - sharing her local recommendations and truly made it feel like we had a friend in Rio. Views from every room, it was difficult to decide which one to select (considering I was the birthday celebrant!) I'm the type of traveler who likes being away from the city and enjoying more local areas. It is close to the city, however, be cautious that traffic will make getting to city attractions a bit much longer (but it is worth it)! All in all, the place is affordable and definitely worth it!

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

The accommodation is somewhat improvised in what used to be outbuildings, but no less attractive for that. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are not connected, you have to go outside, but it is covered with a dome. What was very practical and important for me was the entrance gate with a parking space for the car. That was safer, I had tools in the car. Kitchen and bathroom are super equipped with all sorts of things you might need. Bravo! The street is very lively. The neighborhood is not exactly quiet. I can imagine that it can be very busy and noisy in the high season, or that you can hardly get in or out with carnival, but I was not bothered by that in May.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

I believe, without a doubt, that this is one of the best spaces in Copacabana. Explico: new environment, spacious, clean, very quiet; perfect kitchen, with all the necessary utensils (electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). It has hot water on all the taps and the shower is of high quality. The two conditioned ares are new and with clean filters. The whole place is very clean and organized. There is nothing missing! The street is practically inside a village and there is no noise at all. It is close to the Bread and Company bakery - which sells the best powdered biscuits with cheese; from the Adega Pérola boat; from many bars, markets and gyms, as well as being less than 100 m from the Arcoverde metro station. In addition, Gregório is a host example: always available and with a diuturnal attention. I will always return, the space this spectacular, when you return to Rio, if you have availability!!!

I would like to thank Alexandre and Jaqueline. I had a unique experience in this house, with exactly the forest vibe I was looking for and the best part: not being far from the city of Rio de Janeiro. The rustic decor of the house brings a special charm, and the terrace with barbecue, illuminated by those cozy lamps, was one of my favorite corners. The panoramic view of the city from up there is simply breathtaking. An ideal place to go both as a couple and with friends. I'll definitely be back!

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

Highly recommended! This was our second time staying at Laurent’s place with a group of students. It’s a spacious and tastefully furnished old villa located in Santa Teresa, one of Rio’s most charming historic neighborhoods. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again next year!

Very cozy, quiet and easy to access place. The village had everything it took for a comfortable stay in the house. Quiet streets for walking, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket nearby. 5 minute subway station by car. Mauro was very attentive and helpful, responds fast and always kind! we will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

Excellent! That's the only possible word to describe Raquel's house and our stay. The place is identical to the photos and super cozy, clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay, including the kitchen (a point that many houses usually fall short on). For those who go with pets, you can rest assured that there is no risk of them running away or entering any bushes (the house is completely walled, with privacy and linear). Raquel is a great host, very sweet, attentive and responds super fast. You'll want to live there forever. We'll be back more often for sure.

Ana has one of the most beautifully designed and furnished homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, surrounded by nature and beauty, with the city just a few lights away, I can’t say enough about how great the place was. Ana was a great host who stayed in constant contact with help and assistance I would recommend her home to anyone wanting to enjoy a lovely comfortable stay, THANKS ANA !!!!!

Very polite and helpful host, the house is impeccable, you don't have to worry about anything, everything is excellent. I highly recommend the house and it's practically on the sand
