We were very happy with the place. Everything was to our satisfaction. Natasha (mother) welcomed us very warmly and explained everything to us. The breakfast freshly prepared by her was also very pleasant, so we didn't have to worry about anything. We had no contact with Alexander on site, which was completely okay.

Great place. Excellent location. Very clean. Comfy bed. Very nice shower room, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and toiletries. Lovely cute back garden. Very responsive host.

An absolute must stay. A beautiful place in a perfect area with lots of stuff to do that was well worth the price. I can’t wait to come back to Amsterdam, and there’s no way I won’t be staying here. I can’t say enough about how genuinely nice and thoughtful Bettina and Driss were in every facet of our stay. 100/100

Davide offers an exceptional space in a top notch location. He was very welcoming to our family and took the time to show us around the unit and explain everything. He gave us a lot of touring tips and suggestions based in Eve things we said we were interested in. Great host, great accommodation, great location!

This place was perfect for our stay in Amsterdam. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Amsterdam. Bedankt!

Do yourself a favor and stay here! If you want the best place in Holland, you've found it, stop looking and book it. Micha makes every detail perfect, everything was clean, the check-in was flexible and very easy, the location is quite close to the subway station and you can get downtown in less than 30 minutes. Not only the place is great, Micha is an awesome person who will help with anything you need. He tells you places that are cheaper, nicer, he know everything around, he keeps everything clean, he is the best part of the accommodation. So, for real, don't look anymore and just book because you won't find a better fit.

amazing place in the countryside of Amsterdam. calm, peaceful and clean. 20 Min by bike ( offered free from Henk) by main train station. super recommended if you want to avoid the crowd in Amsterdam but still visit it. extra plus really good breakfast included.

Margreet and CJ made our stay in Amsterdam unforgettable. They provided us with a peaceful oasis at their beautiful boathouse. They were extremely generous, allowing us to use their bikes and providing us with breakfast (including homemade bread) every morning. They were very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby. We will definitely be reaching out to them for any future trips to Amsterdam.

Before and after our festival in Amsterdam, we had a wonderful stay on the top floor at Ruby's. Communication was great, we were able to check in earlier and the space was very clean!

From start finish all instructions were very helpful. From Airport to Apartment. Loved the apartment was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. Tram stop was 2 mins walking distant which took you into Amsterdam which we found very handy. If ever coming back to Amsterdam we would definitely stay here again. We’ve nearly done 30 AirBnBs and this is absolutely in the top 5. I do a lot of research before selecting our spot - and knew that we’d found a gem. However, I wasn’t prepared for how AMAZING this place would be. Menno was extremely helpful. He even helped us secure reservations a several restaurants. The breakfast of fresh orange juice, berries, yogurt, and granola was a surprising highlight of our Amsterdam adventure. The rooms!!! Our two teen daughters stayed in one room while my wife and I stayed in the other. The design of each room was aesthetically pleasing and extremely functional. The showers were especially nice. The location is perfect! It may have been a little more expensive to stay so central to the old city - but it was totally worth it! Walkable through the day and romantic when the sun goes down. Also - it wasn’t close enough to the rowdy side of Amsterdam (red light) to be even a slight concern. Book this place! You’ll thank me later.

Sabine and her husband are super nice! We felt right at home! I can only recommend the accommodation to everyone :) I was there with a friend for her bachelorette party, since she is not a party animal, it was perfect there. We had a lot of fun and everything was very nice! We would always come back! Thanks again to Sabine :)

Great stay in Landsmeer, not far from Amsterdam by transport or bike. The hosts are super nice and very accommodating. There is a supermarket 5 min walk away which is very convenient. I would recommend it!

Very good stay at Maria's, who is a welcoming and kind host. Very good breakfast in the morning. I recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay at Ragna & Samuel. Being able to park right in front and use the bikes to cycle to the city made us feel like real Amsterdammers! If you need any tips on restaurants, bars... Samuel is happy to help! 10/10 would (and will) recommend!

Beautiful rooms, in a great environment. Mirjam is a great host who goes out of her way to make a lot of effort and freshly prepared breakfast. The rooms are decorated with a lot of love.
