Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. This ship from 1886 used to be part of the Dutch sailing inland waterway, which was used to transport many building materials and foodstuffs. The Johannes has now been converted into a houseboat, of which three floors of the wheelhouse have been furnished for those of you who like to spend the night in the center of Amsterdam but also appreciate some peace and quiet. Cozy street & super central. You will stay privately in the back of the ship, which used to be the wheelhouse and engine room.

Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

Spacious and nice apartment in the heart of Amsterdam/Jordaan

Nice apartment in the heart of Amsterdam. Spacious apartment with enough space to retreat or use as a workspace. It is ground floor so also very suitable if you have difficulty walking (there is a small staircase to the apartment). You have your own facilities and can stay completely safe. There are supermarkets and many (takeout) restaurants and cafes nearby, and it's wonderful to walk along the canals. We live above with our 2 teenagers so are quickly accessible.
