Renovated studio with independent entrance, located on the ground floor of my house. Less than 10 min from the CHRU and highways, 20 min from Nancy (Neuves-Maisons station 2 km away). Bus stop 50 m away, pizza dispenser 100 m away, shops, bakery and McDonald's 5 min walk. 200 m from the Moselle and the Chaligny ponds for beautiful walks. Electric charging possible directly in front of the accommodation: a Hager 7.4 kW charging station is available (extra charge). Type 2 cable required.

You'll love my place because of the views and the tranquility. Pretty independent house in the heart of our garden for a quiet stay. Close to Nancy city center (15 min by car or train). For athletes and walkers, 2 minutes from the loops of the Moselle (85 km of bike paths), walks in the forest or around many small bodies of water. Small clarification, there is internet access in the accommodation but it is only accessible via an ethernet connection (cable provided).
