Very nice house. А beautiful beach nearby. I took my kids to swim there daily. The water is clean and warm, it was in early November 2024 The house has everything you need. The owner of the house, BORA, is always in touch and ready to answer all questions that arise. Within 10 min walking distance from the house there is a store that sells baked goods in the morning, as well as any other necessary little things. There is also a restaurant nearby, and there’s a great farmers market on Thursdays and Fridays in the city of Kumluca. Yes, you really need a car to get around. One thing that I personally liked about the house, that the floor is not tile, but wooden laminate, it’s a lot more comfortable, especially in the off-season. Thank you and I will come back again to this house if I’m in the area.

Mr. Erdal is a very good host, he asked us every day if we needed anything and if there was anything he could help us with. Since he lives very close, he immediately comes and helps when there is a problem. Very friendly host. If I were to comment on the house, the interior was spotless, the furniture was new, and the interior was beautifully furnished. The size of the pool was quite sufficient. The balcony and lighting were very nice. The location of the house is close to the center. 10 min by car. Privacy was respected. I'd like to stay again. Thank you very much

The place was absolutely great. We stayed in lots of places but this Airbnb stood out. It was beautifully designed, very clean, well organized. It has everything we needed and more. The pool was clean and fun. We loved everything about this villa. We will definitely book this villa again when in the area. 10/10 well done and what a great job!

You can't imagine better accommodation.

We are happy to have the chance to stay in this house on the beachfront, with its own beach, sun loungers and sunshades, sports areas and social facilities, and elite and decent people. Although the season was wet in an environment filled with the unique smell of orange and lemon flowers, we had a very nice time, we were able to go to the places nearby and swim in the sea at the end of March for the first time. Although the house was a bit old, it was clean and had everything needed. The nearby chain market is a very good amenity. Since there are bath and sea towels in the house, you don't even need to take the towels that take a lot of space in the vehicles. It was a pleasure to have wifi in the house. Mr. Seçkin and the site staff were very helpful. Thank you so much to them all.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Emine and her family again. Even though we made our reservation the night before, we got answers to our questions quickly. The house is just like the pictures, the white goods, the furniture are all brand new. Especially the kitchen utensils are complete. Even though everything is new, it obviously improves your feeling in the stay. Since the other houses next to the house belonged to Ms. Emine and the house we stayed in was in the corner, we had the opportunity to use a wider garden. If you are going to stay for a long time in these types of stays, the neighbors are also important:) We were very comfortable with our family of 3 and our dog. For those who do not know Boğazkent, the location of the house offers 400 meters to the sea and although it is a sea public beach, it offers umbrellas and sun loungers. There are 3 restaurants (2 fish, 1 meat restaurant) belonging to the municipality, I highly recommend them both for fish lovers. Şok, A101 and grocery store are within walking distance, while Bim, Migros and Carrefour are 1.5 km away.

We wanted to see Adrasan and its surroundings for a very long time, we had the opportunity to stay at the house of Mr. Gökhan and Ms. Esra for 4 nights. The location of the house is very nice, it is located right next to the main road, 3-letter grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a pharmacy and 1 business bank ATM. There are also a few places to eat and drink, but we only had the opportunity to eat in the park pide, which is close by, and I recommend it. You get to the Adrasan coast in 5-6 minutes by car. A long coast welcomes you, the sea was spotless and calm. There are cafes and restaurants around, and most importantly, the municipality has parking lots, and the fee was very reasonable. If you do not have a car, you may have difficulty for transportation, because I have never seen minibuses, etc. What I would say about the house was a very clean house. We stayed with 5 people, but we did not worry. There are 2 double beds and 1 triple sofa bed as seen in the pictures. It has a small garden. Overall, everything was very nice. I would also like to thank the hosts for taking care of us.

Was a pleasant stay. Contact was good. Towels provided which was very nice. 1 min point are the chickens that walk there. In the morning poop in front of the door if you want to go to the pool. So first clean then enjoy it.

If you are looking to stay in the heart of old town around all the bars and restaurants, then this is the place. This suite is amazing and Nurdan is an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive and available at all times Next time I am visiting Antalya, this is where I am staying

A beautiful villa with excellent hospitality in a great location. The garden is nice and private, so it was nice for my wife to do her thing!

We had a great time at this villa, felt like own home. Emir arranged free airport transportation for us which was very helpful. The villa is spacious, clean and secure. the caretaker is also very nice behaviour. Though he has difficulties in communicating in English, he could manage well and always available. The pool is very nice and clean. The treadmill was not operational so we didn't use. The TT , basketball and other facilities are nice . Lots of plants around the villa which makes the house more beautiful. All kitchen appliances and cookware available. We are satisfied and will recommend this property to others as well

Ali is a really great host! He is very responsive and communication is excellent. The villa was immaculate and when we asked for extra items like a toaster and coffee machine, he kindly got us one (and very quickly too). There was a constant supply of bottled water (free). The pool area was lovely and was kept clean throughout our stay. Ali helped us to organise an excursion- zip lining, buggy safari and white water rafting, which was so much fun and suitable for all ages. There is a nice pizza place a couple of minutes walk away (Dorf Pizza) and there are shops about a 10-15 minute walk away. The closest beach is about 3.5 km away. We borrowed two bikes from Ali and cycled there for an early morning dip in the sea. Ali gave us the number of a taxi which we used throughout the holiday as we decided not to rent cars. This made getting around in the heat a lot more accessible. Belek is a great place to visit locally, especially on a Saturday when there’s a market. We loved this villa!

It was a spotless and peaceful place. I loved everything about the plates and cutlery for 12 people, clean pots and glasses. I would recommend it to those who want to have a nice holiday with their conservative and crowded family.

The location is fantastic. The house is beautiful, exactly like it is on the photos. WiFi worked well. We came during the early season, and we did not have any problems with nose from neighbors. Quite the opposite, the area felt cosy and calm. Parking in the area is hard but not impossible. The host is responsive and friendly, and resolved a small issue we had quickly and effectively. We had enjoyable time! Thank you. 🙏

We checked in quite late and appreciate Gokhan for receiving us personally and giving a house tour, going above and beyond. He was proactive in reaching out and communication was responsive. The house was beautiful with pool and hot tub, sufficient rooms and bathroom for a big family. Definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Great host, great price and great accommodation. Perfect for my solo trip away but with plenty of space for a family or friend group to stay. Walking distance to land of legends and beaches!

The house is beautifully located up in the mountains and the views are truly breathtaking. Everything was as described and even more. We came out of season (February, so no pool time…) but still enjoyed this amazing property and so much it has to offer. The fireplace definitely makes a huge difference and provides a sense of coziness and comfort. Kitchen is fully equipped, washer/dryer work fine and so is everything else. The host sent us detailed instructions how to get to the house. So it wasn’t too hard to find the place. But be prepared for some steep mountain slopes and curves. So it’s best getting there while it’s bright outside. I definitely recommend stopping by at the restaurant next to the house and trying some authentic and delicious food they prepare. Overall we had a great experience and would love to come back in the summer.
