Private bathroom (sink,shower, toilet). Hours: 7:00 PM to 12:00 PM. No pets allowed.

The house is located in Grabels in the heights. You will have stunning views with nature and birdsong upon waking, this is 5-10 min from Montpellier by car and 35 min from the beaches. Walking distance from the house are several hiking trails (see photos). Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Very beautiful studio, complete, independent and quiet, included in our house (main residence in which we live all year round ) surrounded by a garden with terrace and with an above ground pool. Carefully made, modern and decorated with sobriety (Scandinavian decor), it is fully equipped, air-conditioned and close to universities (tram and bus) as well as shops. We are located 30 minutes drive from the sea (Palavas les Flots).

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
