Très beau studio, complet, indépendant et au calme, inclus dans notre maison (résidence principale dans la quelle nous résidons toute l'année ) entourée d'un jardin avec terrasse et avec une piscine hors sol. Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).

60 m2 2-bedroom apartment in a house, with private entrance. The accommodation has a large terrace, 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom. The space is equipped with a fitted kitchenette. The house is located in Grabels in the heights. You will have stunning views with nature and birdsong upon waking, this is 5-10 min from Montpellier by car and 35 min from the beaches. Walking distance from the house are several hiking trails (see photos). Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

Classé aux monuments historiques, Pignan est un village médiéval proche de Montpellier. Vous séjournez dans une ancienne bergerie datant du 18ème siècle avec de belles voûtes d’ogive. Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.
