Beach condo holiday rentals in Grace Bay

Great location and only a 10-15 min drive to most places on the island. Great place to stay if you’re looking to unwind and truly relax - no partying or loud music at all which is appreciated. Ditch the resorts, save your money (because TCI is very expensive) and keep your peace of mind by staying here. This place has everything you need and the owner is responsive and helpful.

The location was excellent. We had a rental car and was able to drive to most of our dinner reservations and excursions within 5 minutes. Snorkeling and the beach were super accessible and within walking distance. The place looks exactly like the pictures but in my personal opinion, the pictures didn’t do the place justice. The host is very kind and super responsive. Our stay here was worth it and would love to stay again on our next visit. I highly recommend this property to future guest.

Unit was very nice. Very clean, lots of space, plenty of linens. Pool very nice. Several great restaurants within easy walking distance. Grocery store 5-min drive. 10-15 min walk to Smith's Reef. Outdoor seating could be improved but didn't take away from our experience.

Beautiful, secluded. We would walk about 6 minutes to a more turquoise part of the private beach free of seaweed. We didn’t have a chance to try the on site restaurant or bar. Having a kitchen was nice to make our own breakfasts. Make sure to stop and buy your own sugar, cream, and coffee. Used coffee machine everyday. Very clean place. Comfy bed. Drawers for storage. Water was always hot even when two people showered at the same time. Ate at the Coralli at the Ritz Carlton for lunch right on the water and it was delicious. Also loved “farm” at Seven stars resort. Provali Neapolitan pizza is small but incredible!!! Host Jasmine was great and very responsive. The pool was never too busy and neither was the beach which we absolutely loved! Had the whole beach to ourselves most days! Also shopped at a local shop in Grace Bay called lemon 2 go and got some wonderful smelling perfumes and reed diffusers. Would definitely come back.

We were a bit apprehensive about booking because some folks said it was too remote, too hard to get too, there was too much beach grass / seaweed. If you want to go out to dinner/bars/clubs frequently, not the place for you. if you want to walk to restaurants or coffee shops or boutiques, nope. If you want to relax and look out at the most beautiful blue-green water you've ever seen, have a huge resort-like pool, be able to swim in stretches of beach where you can't see another soul, have paddle boards and kayaks at your disposal, eat breakfast on your balcony, cook in your well-stocked kitchen, relax with your family in plenty of space, see sea turtles and pelicans, chat with other guests (or not, as you choose), pop into the grill for a cocktail, maybe some grilled mahi mahi, and grab the Scrabble board... If you want to walk, and walk, and walk and just listen to the waves and admire the water... If you want to wake up and open your eyes and see the sea, this is it!!!

I could not have asked for a more convenient and beautiful place to stay while on vacation. The property manager texted me before I even landed to assist with check in. Check in was a breeze. I rented a car and there was sufficient and safe parking. The property was well maintained and having a pool was a bonus. The local beach was about a 15 minute walk and a 3 minute drive and Grace Bay was 10 minutes by car. I had an issue with the TV, which turned out to be an error on my end, and the property manager came in person to help me fix it and the owner, Pamela, called and left me a message later that night to ensure that the issue was remediated. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Pamela and Paul's property. As a solo traveler, I value safety, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience and I have zero complaints.

Hal's condo at NW Point Resort is fabulous. For starters, the stunning ocean view from the balcony alone is worth the trip. The condo is beautifully appointed and wonderfully equipped, especially the kitchen. We have stayed at rentals all over the world, but rarely have encountered one with such comfortable beds and quality sheets (very important to us). And the number of bath and beach towels provided was remarkable!. Everything seems to have been very intentionally designed for the island vacationer with great little touches, from all the wall hooks for hanging wet swim gear to the huge beach bags for use on TCI's gorgeous beaches. The resort itself is lovely; we could have spent our entire time on its serene and beautiful beach. And Hal is a terrific host: very responsive, very helpful. Highly, highly recommended.

The house was amazing!! It was a perfect amount of space for 2 couples. The location was perfect to the fish fry (11m walk/2 m drive) , beaches and many of the restaurants and lounges. We were within walking distance but chose to drive since we rented a car. The house was spotless and the pool was free most of our stay. Karen was very responsive when needed. The house has all the amenities you need as far as linens, beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella dishes, cookware, food storage containers etc. There was a grocery store less than a 7 minute drive away that had everything you would possibly need. The house had salt and pepper only so if you want additional seasonings you would need to purchase or bring with you. We had reservations at Blue Water and Aziza (10 minute drive) and both were great, atmosphere was 100 and food was delicious. I can go on and on about the property. Just book it!

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Keno is an exceptional super host. I have been staying at the same place for 5 years, in part because of Keno and the comfort we have that it will come together. He is always responsive and gets the job done. Its Turks & Caicos so its a foreign country and its nice to have someone who is dependable and accountable. He is with a doubt an exceptional host.

Wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the easy access to the tennis courts, pool, beach, and restaurants!

Hisham’s Rental was perfect for my friends and I. His rental had all the amenities of home and made it feel very cozy. He even had beach chairs and an umbrella to take down by the beach. We loved spending time at the pool and used our screened in porch daily. Hisham and his team were very responsive and helped set up arrangements to/from airport and someone responded back within 24 hours of any communication. Even from the beginning of the Airbnb booking. Great communication. The location of the apartment is a short walk to the beach and other resort restaurants. We didn’t have or need a car for our visit. I would highly recommend and suggest Hisham’s rental to anyone interested in visiting Grace Bay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

Michael's place was perfect -- easy to access the beautiful beach, and so easy to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Not only did Michael give us a substantial book of information prior to arrival to help with our plans, but he responded to every question immediately. He connected us to the wonderful Abraham who connected us to amazing excursions. He made fantastic recommendations and even called ahead to see if a busy restaurant could accommodate us. When we asked about renting snorkel equipment, it magically appeared for us to borrow. When we asked where to buy waterproof cases for our phones for snorkeling they magically appeared for us to borrow. We absolutely loved Grace Bay, and this was an absolutely perfect place from which to explore it. Thank you Michael! And please share our thanks with Abraham!

Nathan’s place was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as depicted in the listing. Upon arrival, we found the place clean and fresh, stocked with essential items as mentioned in the post. Even spices were available in the cabinet, eliminating the need to buy them for cooking. The restaurants within walking distance were pleasant. Although we regretted missing lobster season, that’s not Nathan’s fault. Haha! The beach was breathtaking, and we were grateful for the beach-friendly amenities provided while we didn’t use them, knowing Nathan had equipped the place for it sets it apart from others. Don’t forget the onsite pool! It’s a great place to relax when you’re not in the mood for the beach. Lastly, the screened-in porch was a welcome respite from the mosquitos. Be sure to bring repellent, as they were quite persistent during our stay. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed Nathan’s place. We will be returning here!! 20/10.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Best beach area and we walked and drove all over checking out other areas. Perfect spot and beach chairs closer to ocean than other resorts, which was nice. The place had everything we needed. We did a snorkel tour and a jet ski tour and both were great. Ate at The Farm, Las Brisas, The Pelican, Coco Bistros, CocoVan, Hemmingway’s, and Grace Bay Grill. All were fantastic. Having a car was a great idea. We were able to explore the island more. We had so much fun on the snorkel tour that we bought snorkel equipment and went to three other locations. So fun! Already planning our next trip.

The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to a couple of great local spots. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very relaxed the moment we arrived. Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our trip, and once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Molly, the property manager. Molly made everything seamless. We arranged for the fridge to be stocked before our arrival which was a great way to start the trip. We had a small issue with the car (a tail light wouldn’t turn off), and Molly had it taken care of promptly the next morning. The Yacht Club’s pool is beautiful and meticulously kept, and we really enjoyed meals at nearby Shark Bite and Baci—both were great and more reasonably priced than some of the Grace Bay spots. A close walk to the public beach (there is parking) and Smith's Reef as well. Rec. Sapodilla Beach for calm, shallow and gorgeous water. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip back!

This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and this condo was in a great location. Walkable to many great spots for shopping and eating. We also rented a car, which was definitely worth it to check out more of the island. The condo was clean and comfortable, everything you needed in the kitchen, and even shampoo, conditioner and soap in the main bath. Our boys loved having their own space, and I loved the screened porch for relaxing with a book and a cup of tea. The pool and landscaping is lovely and well maintained. The beach is a quick walk and beach chairs and towels provided. Everyone on the island is friendly and offers great suggestions for what to do during your visit! Thanks for sharing your home!
