Condo holiday rentals in Grace Bay

I could not have asked for a more convenient and beautiful place to stay while on vacation. The property manager texted me before I even landed to assist with check in. Check in was a breeze. I rented a car and there was sufficient and safe parking. The property was well maintained and having a pool was a bonus. The local beach was about a 15 minute walk and a 3 minute drive and Grace Bay was 10 minutes by car. I had an issue with the TV, which turned out to be an error on my end, and the property manager came in person to help me fix it and the owner, Pamela, called and left me a message later that night to ensure that the issue was remediated. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Pamela and Paul's property. As a solo traveler, I value safety, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience and I have zero complaints.

My family and I have stayed at a number of AirBnb's (and before that VRBO's!) over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best one yet. Jennifer's place has been meticulously arranged. Everything possible was considered for fun in the sun, as well as comfort and ease within the space. From the floating hammocks to the plush linens, to her extensive guide book, Jennifer thought of everything one could need to have an incredible vacation and make lifelong memories. I really hope to come back someday! Thank you Jennifer!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

A fantastic 12 days in the Turks & Caicos - Grace bay. Apartment is excellent, all you need for a stay including things like beach chairs Umbrella, cool box. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Easy walk to beach (5 mins) town centre (5 min) and supermarket (8min). Great restaurants all within 10 minute walk. We hired a car from Grace Bay rentals, recommend this as there are many beach’s / places that are easily accessible by car. Overall a great experience and would recommend a stay at the Inn at Grace Bay hosted by Leesa

Stephanie is a wonderful host . The condo is well stocked and comfortable. Everything you need is in walking distance. Love that she has a wagon to take to the grocery store..,so helpful!! Do easy to walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach!! This was my second stay and I will be back!!

Loved the stay! Easy walk to Shark Bite and Hideaway Cafe. Beach is an easy walk and all the beaches are close drive. Big balcony! Comfortable furniture. Helpful amenities. I cannot hear neighbors. Two pools are great and very close to room. Would stay again.

Michael's place was perfect -- easy to access the beautiful beach, and so easy to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Not only did Michael give us a substantial book of information prior to arrival to help with our plans, but he responded to every question immediately. He connected us to the wonderful Abraham who connected us to amazing excursions. He made fantastic recommendations and even called ahead to see if a busy restaurant could accommodate us. When we asked about renting snorkel equipment, it magically appeared for us to borrow. When we asked where to buy waterproof cases for our phones for snorkeling they magically appeared for us to borrow. We absolutely loved Grace Bay, and this was an absolutely perfect place from which to explore it. Thank you Michael! And please share our thanks with Abraham!

We enjoyed a week at Mark’s place. Kiki and Mark were great at communicating with us, including helpful recommendations. The location was quiet, yet close to everything in the Grace Bay area. Less than a mile to Sunset Beach which is beautiful and not crowded. Great place to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing!! It was a perfect amount of space for 2 couples. The location was perfect to the fish fry (11m walk/2 m drive) , beaches and many of the restaurants and lounges. We were within walking distance but chose to drive since we rented a car. The house was spotless and the pool was free most of our stay. Karen was very responsive when needed. The house has all the amenities you need as far as linens, beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella dishes, cookware, food storage containers etc. There was a grocery store less than a 7 minute drive away that had everything you would possibly need. The house had salt and pepper only so if you want additional seasonings you would need to purchase or bring with you. We had reservations at Blue Water and Aziza (10 minute drive) and both were great, atmosphere was 100 and food was delicious. I can go on and on about the property. Just book it!

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Keno is an exceptional super host. I have been staying at the same place for 5 years, in part because of Keno and the comfort we have that it will come together. He is always responsive and gets the job done. Its Turks & Caicos so its a foreign country and its nice to have someone who is dependable and accountable. He is with a doubt an exceptional host.

Wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the easy access to the tennis courts, pool, beach, and restaurants!

We were a bit apprehensive about booking because some folks said it was too remote, too hard to get too, there was too much beach grass / seaweed. If you want to go out to dinner/bars/clubs frequently, not the place for you. if you want to walk to restaurants or coffee shops or boutiques, nope. If you want to relax and look out at the most beautiful blue-green water you've ever seen, have a huge resort-like pool, be able to swim in stretches of beach where you can't see another soul, have paddle boards and kayaks at your disposal, eat breakfast on your balcony, cook in your well-stocked kitchen, relax with your family in plenty of space, see sea turtles and pelicans, chat with other guests (or not, as you choose), pop into the grill for a cocktail, maybe some grilled mahi mahi, and grab the Scrabble board... If you want to walk, and walk, and walk and just listen to the waves and admire the water... If you want to wake up and open your eyes and see the sea, this is it!!!

This place was stunning—clean, peaceful, and in a perfect location. It’s tucked near quiet, secluded beaches, yet just a quick 5-minute drive to the popular Grace Bay area with its restaurants and well-known beaches. The property felt very safe and serene. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more private, off-resort experience without sacrificing easy access to the island’s top spots

Our family enjoyed staying at Stephanie’s listing. This was by far one of the best stocked Airbnb’s that we’ve stayed at. Pros- walkable to the beach, well maintained amenities, plenty of pool/beach toys, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/beach towels, etc., very well thought out list of recommendations (there are several copies at the condo). Recommendations- we rented a car for the whole duration and it was great as we wanted to explore more outside of the immediate area, restaurants are pretty pricey in comparison to in the states so we went grocery shopping for some days and breakfast. I’d recommend bringing refillable water bottles to take with you everywhere as bottled water at places/restaurants will typically cost you $8+ per bottle.

We had a wonderful stay at Queen Angel Resort, thanks in no small part to our fantastic host, Nico. From the start, Nico was very friendly and responsive, providing a wealth of useful information. Our unit, Bliss 101, was a real gem, offering the convenience of first-floor access without sacrificing the great views. We loved the spaciousness and how well-appointed the unit was, and especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch with its constant, pleasant breeze. The beautiful grounds of the resort also offered lovely walks and photo opportunities. We would absolutely stay there again.

The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to a couple of great local spots. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very relaxed the moment we arrived. Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our trip, and once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Molly, the property manager. Molly made everything seamless. We arranged for the fridge to be stocked before our arrival which was a great way to start the trip. We had a small issue with the car (a tail light wouldn’t turn off), and Molly had it taken care of promptly the next morning. The Yacht Club’s pool is beautiful and meticulously kept, and we really enjoyed meals at nearby Shark Bite and Baci—both were great and more reasonably priced than some of the Grace Bay spots. A close walk to the public beach (there is parking) and Smith's Reef as well. Rec. Sapodilla Beach for calm, shallow and gorgeous water. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip back!

This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and this condo was in a great location. Walkable to many great spots for shopping and eating. We also rented a car, which was definitely worth it to check out more of the island. The condo was clean and comfortable, everything you needed in the kitchen, and even shampoo, conditioner and soap in the main bath. Our boys loved having their own space, and I loved the screened porch for relaxing with a book and a cup of tea. The pool and landscaping is lovely and well maintained. The beach is a quick walk and beach chairs and towels provided. Everyone on the island is friendly and offers great suggestions for what to do during your visit! Thanks for sharing your home!

Michael was a great host his instructions were clear . Always responsive when contacted about questions. On a # of occasions he sent a message informing of an upcoming event electricity supply affecting the island. His recommendation were spot on. Thank you Michael looking forward to next year.
