Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

Nous mettons à votre disposition notre petite maison située dans le bourg où vous trouverez une boulangerie (250m à pied) et la première grande surface à 5 min en voiture. Le chemin des Camélias offre une jolie balade. Vous avez rapidement accès à la RN 12, le lycée Kernilien à 2 min en voiture et la Côte de Granit Rose à 35 min. Le logement est connecté à la fibre et dispose de son propre réseau wifi (idéal pour du télétravail).

Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.
