Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gràcia

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

We had a fantastic week-long stay as a group of five adults who were venturing back and forth to Barcelona. The property was beautiful, super clean, and peaceful - perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding area is stunning with some nice restaurants, a lovely beach, etc. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and generous - they even left us local bread and wine on arrival! They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, while also giving us privacy. All five of us agreed that we would recommend the place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to local sights, as well as to Barcelona. We’d love to go back!

This place is a gem!! Not only were the accommodations clean, comfortable, and as described, Yolanda is a hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and right at home. She provided so many extras, including a homemade chocolate cake and some delicious little orange fruits from the backyard orchard that we had never even seen before. Delicious!! She was quick to answer all our questions and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The house is located in Zone 1 of Barcelona’s public transportation system and is easy to get to. It took around 20 minutes to get to the main metro hub with all the connecting lines in downtown Barcelona. (We got the visitor Hola Travel card and never had any problems.) We’d definitely stay here again!

David is very accommodating and helpful. The house is in a well-maintained condition, the furnishings are good. We enjoyed being outside of Barcelona. But the S-Bahn also has an excellent connection to the city ... every 10 minutes. We have recovered well.

Charly is an outstanding host - so accommodating, friendly, helpful, and really wanted us to enjoy his space and his neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and fresh, fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The view and peacefulness from the private balcony is unmatched. As a host, Charly met us at check in, showed us how to work everything, and even personally drove us to the local train station so that we could find the way. I hope someday to return just to be able to stay at Charly’s place and enjoy the space.

we had 4 days at Pablo's home and it was absolutely beautiful. We loved the home, the surroundings, the proximity to local bars & restaurants & the metro Pablo was an awesome host, we wish we stayed longer & hopefully will come back another year. Narciso is the kindest, most generous Airbnb host I've ever met. He clearly loves this house very much, and he put a lot of thought into every detail, from the furniture to the lighting to the decor and plants in the front yard. Speaking of the front yard, it's amazing to have a peaceful private outdoor space in a busy city, while still being within walking distance to numerous cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful at night. Getting to and from Barcelona was easy with the nearby train & metro station. For international visitors like us, Narciso also speaks excellent English. A 100/100 experience. Highly recommended!

We stayed four nights at Marta and Paul’s place and had a wonderful stay. Their apartment is bright and spacious, with a lovely little balcony to sit and enjoy your coffee. We were even allowed to check in early which was much appreciated!! The apartment had everything we needed to cook and wash our clothes, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect - close to great bakeries/lunch spots and supermarkets. Also within walking distance to Park Güell and the Sagrada Família. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Clean space, with useful amenities. We loved the balcony which has a view of one of Gaudi’s iconic buildings Casa Mila. Easy to walk anywhere, tons of great restaurants and other essentials nearby . Maria was super helpful and easy to communicate with . Plus some great recs. We look forward to coming back!

Great house in the vicinity of Parc Güell, with the center of Barcellona just a few metro stops away. The house is spacious and has everything you might need during your stay. Francesco was a great host, welcoming me and my friends with a bottle of wine and many amazing directions abou the vicinities and the city overall, and being always available when we needed advice. 100% recommended!

We had a great four days in Barcelona, in part because of an excellent place to stay. Very well located, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Neighborhood was full of great restaurants and shops, only blocks from Sagrada Familia. Appreciated having lockers for our luggage due to early arrival and later departure, front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

When we checked in, we arrived a little late due to airport luggage issues and they were kind enough to wait for us. The condition of the accommodation was very clean and equipped with all the basics such as seasonings, power strips, shampoo, and detergent, so it was really comfortable. It is suitable for 2-3 people to stay. He was kind and quick to reply to all messages, and the tapas house you recommended was very good, so I went several times during my trip. I was really happy with it but the location itself is a bit far from Plaça Catalunya. There is a subway within a 5-minute walk, and there are many buses nearby, so there is no major inconvenience. However, if you need to visit the accommodation often in the middle of your trip, it may be a little difficult. It takes 20-30 minutes based on Plaça Catalunya. But I was very satisfied. I strongly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time in Barcelona. Alejandro’s place was just as listed. It’s a great location, with good restaurants close by. Everything you could possible need is supplied and it helped being able to wash our clothes as we’d be traveling for a while. The neighbour hood is quite loud on a Saturday night (but what city isn’t). Communication with Alejandro and team was amazing. We would highly recommend this stay. Thanks Alejandro and team!

Fantastic apartment. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the decor and design. Very comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

Enzo went above and beyond for me. He’s very responsive when I asked any questions. He was not available when we checked in, but sent someone else to assist with check in. That person did not speak much English (and my Spanish/Catalan is not good either) but Enzo called during that time to explain the rules and to assist with check in by phone. The location has a beautiful view of La Sagrada Familia from the balcony, which looked very nice with the full moon. The rooms are smaller than appears in pictures but do match the descriptions and I found the bed comfortable. Also, Enzo goes above and beyond for his guests. I had an issue with a medication prescription, and he was extremely helpful, patient and flexible in helping me out, and made sure I got it sorted out. Amazing host!

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

We had a great time in Barcelona and Marc’s place was perfect. Everything we needed in walking distance, the apartment was spacious and tidy. Marc was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend a stay here ☺️

I absolutely adored this space. The apartment is so peaceful and inspiring that I couldn't resist extending my stay! This is your chance to live local while still having easy access to everything the city offers. If you want an authentic Barcelona experience in a gorgeous setting, I highly recommend Mike's apartment for your next stay.

Very clean and perfectly located appartement. Air conditioner, lights, closet, kitchen, bed... all perfect. The host was very welcoming and very responsive. One small inconvenience : the bathroom is a little small.

Andres’s apartment is well appointed and walking distance to many different attractions and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing stay. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and way more than many places I have stayed previously. Jordi was a fabulous host and so happy to help us with any of our needs.

Absolutely 5 star stay. The apartment is exactly as described. The location is brilliant, really close to the beach and some excellent restaurants and shops. The kitchen was so well equipped we cooked loads too. Lots of thoughtful details around the house eg phone charges in the bedroom and lounge. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Andrea and Chris were fantastic hosts, always responding quickly to any questions.
