Loft holiday rentals in Grad Hvar

Stari Grad is a beautiful town and Zvonimir's apartment is right in the heart of it. We loved stepping out of the door and being greeted by the perfect view of the bay, and our evenings were spent sitting on the small balcony enjoying a glass of wine and watching the world go by. Bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets are all within 2 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and Zvonimir responded really quickly to any request. Highly recommended.

The perfect place to stay in Hvar for a relaxing and beautiful trip. The apartment is right on the water, with a view of the sun setting from the balcony. Inside you’ll find a gorgeous 70s inspired well furnished loft, with all that you will need for a short or long stay. Tin and Maja are wonderful hosts. If we return to Hvar, we will return to this gem!

By far the best Airbnb stay I've ever had! Josipa and her father were kind enough to transfer us to and from the Hvar town to the apartment (apartment is on a steep hill with steps). Josipa was really friendly and shared us some of her favourite restaurants and things to do on the island. The apartment was beyond incredible, the rooms were perfectly air conditioned and she provided lots of useful amenities including beach towels, slippers and a washing machine. The view was beautiful, you can see the Pakleni islands very clearly and Vis in the background. The hot tub was easy to use and fantastic in the evening. There were also plenty of furniture including sunbeds. The location was brilliant, it was only a 15 minute walk to a nearby public beach and was fairly easy to walk up and down to town in the evening, although be cautious during midday as there isn't much shade. There is also a supermarket about 15 mins away a few streets down. Great for couples or up to four people!

We had a great stay in the loft apartment. Perfect location in the old town. Fantastic views from the velux style windows of the harbour. It's a lovely peaceful space literally yards from the busy town. Aljosa was a lovely helpful communicative host. He responded quickly to our queries.👍 Super clean, well equipped, great shower. The air-conditioning was essential at times to cool the loft space but mostly we just opened the windows and left the breeze to cool us. The outside space was fabulous to chill in at the end of a busy day. The whole apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. For very tall guests they'd need to be aware there are coomed (comb) sloping ceilings in the loft apartment. Thanks for a lovely stay Aljosa Neill and John ❤️👍

This family-run place is such a gem! Maja is such a wonderful host and the place is newly renovated. We spent nearly all of our time on the gorgeous balcony or in the sea right out front of the house. The walk to town is about 20 minutes and just ten minutes to the grocery store.

Nadia’s place is very nice as is she. Has one of the best views in Hvar off the front balcony three bedrooms two baths or comfortable as is the home. or Really nice restaurant and small grocery store 100 feet from your door. We stayed for five weeks and could not have had a better time if we dreamed it up. Croatia is fantastic.

Ivo was the most amazing host, when we return to Croatia and Hvar we could not think of a better location or host. It was the most incredible stay, location was exceptional and the view from his home was incredible. Location…Perfect, Host….above and beyond….Hvar….breathtaking! Thank you Ivo for everything, you made our 30 year anniversary one we will never forget!!!

The apartment had an amazing view and it only took a few minutes to walk into town. Very easy to navigate. Ivana arranged transportation to/from the ferry which was extremely helpful as well. It was a wonderful few days in Hvar and we would definitely stay again!

The location was ideally located between the beach and the restaurants. It was in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the sea from both balconies. The host provided us with a map of the cycling and hiking trails, both were great. There was a supermarket nearby.

We had a really perfect stay at Mateo’s place. Maria who let us in was just so friendly and kind. The place was spotless and clean and comfortable. The views were so much more beautiful in real life and a very secluded beach just around the corner. The water in front of the apartment was perfect for swimming. The only thing I’d mention is that the local supermarket was closed during our stay so you might want to pick up your basic supply’s in Hvar town on arrival.

Heb een maand met veel plezier gewoond en gewerkt in een van de appartementen. De host en haar familie zijn supervriendelijk en behulpzaam en de omgeving is geweldig! Allemaal verlaten strandjes op loopafstand als je naar rechts wandelt . En als je naar links wandelt kom je na het stadje uit bij de schilderachtige en stokoude wijngaardjes. (beschermd unesco erfgoed ui 400 bc) Ik heb enorm genoten en kom graag nog een keertje terug. Bedankt voor alles!

We absolutely loved staying here! Tin was great and welcoming and kindly showed us everything we needed to know. The accommodations were even nicer than what I imagined with a beautiful porch overlooking the Adriatic Sea and a swimming beach right below. It was a pleasant stroll into town but far enough away that it was very quiet. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants a relaxing beach vacation on Hvar.

loved the apartment - well laid out and Zdravka and her husband were very helpful and on hand if any issues at all. I would recommend this apartment if visiting Stari Grad. perfect location near the beaches too.

Tin and Maja are exceptional hosts, friendly, offering local information and suggestions. It is an easy 20 min walk to their home from the ferry port. The area is residential and very quiet. The view is spectacular. King size bed was comfortable with nice view to the sea. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast/dinner. 2 grocery stores are a 10 minute walk between the ferry port and their home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a quiet location, a great view, and an easy 20 min walk to the ferry/old town area.
