The owners were very accommodating people. Ex:It was really very hot, and even though there was air conditioning in the living room, it wasn't possible.. The owners didn't hesitate to provide us with fans to have better comfort, even though they didn't have to, we were just driving for the warmth😊. Next.. The landlord was very helpful to my husband in the defect of the vehicle ,after finding out what had happened to us, he did not hesitate, postponed his job and took his husband with his vehicle to the local junkyard in an effort to save, unfortunately they did not get there,but even so the gentleman did not hesitate and took the husband further to the store, the part was not in stock ,but he was promised by the 2nd day , he agreed with his husband that they would go in the morning at 9am(as soon as they opened ).. they took , and the husband could repair the car. A landlord with a thumbs up in the sense of OK,Super.. then he invited his husband to their local beer.. unbelievable , really great attitude! The kids had an experience because the place was close to the airport, flying over the plane. We didn't mind, we got used to it quickly. 😊 Super vacation, thanks ❤️

Enjoy your stay in this very nice well appointed studio. Easy to access, good location, only downside, it is located close to the 4 lanes and the airport that can be heard from the outside. The apartment is very well soundproofed and it is not inconvenient for the stay.

Great house! In an ideal location for getting around north (Zadar, Kornati islands) very close to Split and Trogir. Very nice view from the windows of the house. The village is really tiny but there is the supermarket open late (in August) the bar and the pizzeria. From the house you can see the cement factory (which is not beautiful) but it is omitted in the description. The house is BEAUTIFUL. Just renovated (new) with air conditioning, perfect bathroom with new washing machine and brand new sanitary ware. Essential as a vacation home should be! The colander and placemats are missing for the table (if you are Italian and want to make a pasta😉) but there are glasses for wine! In the last few days there have been problems with the antenna/connection that could not be resolved but the stay was still nice! Communication with the host was quick. We had a good time because we used the house as a "base". We took a shower, washed our clothes and at night a plate of pasta and slept.

Amazing stay at Josko and Olesya‘s place. Super friendly and communicative, stunning location right on clear and clean water, you can jump right into the water from in front of the house. We chose to Uber back and forth to split (approximately 20-25 minutes for around 16-23€ per ride), but I believe the bus station is also around the corner. Cute bakery and some bars around the corner with views on the water as well as a nice restaurant on the water is a 4 minute walk away. There is also a little convenience store right next to the hosue with pretty much everything you need! We had an amazing time there! Thank you for having us! Till next time!

Very nice place in a perfect position: a lovely and peaceful seafaring village just at the gates of Split.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

We got to the listing very early for check-in but Mate was ready for us outside and really welcoming. The apartment had so many extra amenities and was definitely worth what we paid. Once we settled, Mate sent us a list of nearby restaurants and beaches and was always checking if we needed anything else. We got caught in some terrible rain and Mate kindly provided umbrellas within an hour of asking. The apartment is very close to the supermarket however, to reach any beach or restaurant, there is a 25-30 min walk usually across the motorway. The nearest bus stop is around 10mins walk but the more frequent and reliable one is 20. Despite this, the apartment was bigger than expected and was definitely comfortable enough to spend days lounging.

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

We had a great stay. The hostess is very friendly, caring, open and helpful. The apartment is great, with a great view and has completely met our expectations. As for the area: it is not a typical holiday resort, which is overcrowded with people. It is a small, quiet town where you can enjoy your peace. If you want to visit sights or go out in the evening, you have a good opportunity to visit the places in the neighborhood. Many thanks to the hostess for the hospitality and her care, we will gladly come back!

Great location! Very clean and in walking distance to all that you want to see and eat in Split yet not as noisy as other locations. Responsive hosts, and a perfect sized space for 2 to 4 people.

Tania’s place is super conveniently located, with most the most popular places only between 10-15 min walk! The apartment was clean and tidy and had some thoughtful touches like candy and bathroom hygiene products. Her communication was also great, being very responsive if I messaged with any questions. The elevator was also much appreciated with a heavy suitcase!!

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Very nice and welcoming host. Nice with pool available. We rented a car and it is a twisted road down to the house and partly tight with parking. Rather recommend taking Uber - it worked very well. Felt welcome and enjoyed ourselves as guests! Happy to come back.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.
