Condo holiday rentals in Grad Kaštela

Majitelé byli velmi vstřícní lidé. Např.Bylo opravdu velmi horko, a i přestože byla klimatizace v obýváku, nedalo se to.. Majitelé neváhali a zajistili nám větráky ,abychom měli lepší komfort, přestože nemuseli,za teplem jsme přeci jen jeli 😊. Dále.. Pan domácí velice pomohl manželovi při defektu vozidla ,po zjištění,co se nám stalo, neváhal, odložil svou práci a vzal manžela jeho vozidlem na místní vrakoviště ve snaze,aby ušetřil,tam bohužel nepořídili ,ale i tak pán neváhal a vzal manžela dál do prodejny nových náhradních dílů, díl nebyl skladem ,ale byl s příslibem do 2.dne , domluvil se s manželem, že ráno v 9(hned jak otevřou ) pojedou .. pořídili , a manžel mohl auto opravit. Pán domácí se vztyčeným palcem ve smyslu OK,Super.. pak ještě pozval manžela na jejich místní pivo.. k nevíře , fakt super přístup! Děti měly zážitek, jelikož ubytování je blízko letiště, létala nám nad ubytováním letadla. Nám to nevadilo, rychle jsme si zvykli. 😊 Super dovolená, děkujeme ❤️

Bon séjour dans ce très joli studio bien aménagé. Facile d’accès, bon emplacement, seul bémol, il est situé à proximité de la 4 voies et de l’aéroport que l’on entend de l’extérieur. L’appartement est très bien insonorisé et ce n’est pas gênant pour le séjour.

Nádherný byt kousek od moře, v okolí je několik obchodů, v bytě nám nic nechybělo, je k dispozici i spoustu úložného prostoru, myčka i pračka, moc jsme si to užili☺️

Ottima casa! In una posizione ideale per spostarsi a nord (Zara, isole Kornati) vicinissimo a Split e Trogir. Vista molto bella dalle finestre di casa. Il paese è davvero minuscolo ma c’è il supermercato aperto fino a tardi (ad agosto) il bar e la pizzeria. Da casa si vede il cementificio (che non è bellissimo) ma è omesso nella descrizione. La casa è STUPENDA. Appena ristrutturata (nuova) con aria condizionata, bagno perfetto con lavatrice nuova e sanitari nuovissimi. Essenziale come deve essere una casa di vacanza! Manca lo scolapasta e delle tovagliette per il tavolo (se siete italiani e volete farvi una pasta😉) ma ci sono i calici per il vino! Negli ultimi giorni ci sono stati dei problemi con l’antenna/connessione che non si potevano risolvere ma il soggiorno è stato comunque bello! Le comunicazione con l’host sono state veloci. Noi ci siamo trovati bene perché abbiamo usato la casa come “base”. Ci facevamo la doccia, lavavamo i vestiti ealla sera un piatto di pasta e dormivamo.

Amazing stay at Josko and Olesya‘s place. Super friendly and communicative, stunning location right on clear and clean water, you can jump right into the water from in front of the house. We chose to Uber back and forth to split (approximately 20-25 minutes for around 16-23€ per ride), but I believe the bus station is also around the corner. Cute bakery and some bars around the corner with views on the water as well as a nice restaurant on the water is a 4 minute walk away. There is also a little convenience store right next to the hosue with pretty much everything you need! We had an amazing time there! Thank you for having us! Till next time!

Very nice place in a perfect position: a lovely and peaceful seafaring village just at the gates of Split.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

We got to the listing very early for check-in but Mate was ready for us outside and really welcoming. The apartment had so many extra amenities and was definitely worth what we paid. Once we settled, Mate sent us a list of nearby restaurants and beaches and was always checking if we needed anything else. We got caught in some terrible rain and Mate kindly provided umbrellas within an hour of asking. The apartment is very close to the supermarket however, to reach any beach or restaurant, there is a 25-30 min walk usually across the motorway. The nearest bus stop is around 10mins walk but the more frequent and reliable one is 20. Despite this, the apartment was bigger than expected and was definitely comfortable enough to spend days lounging.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, fürsorglich, offen und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist top, mit einem tollen Ausblick und hat unsere Erwartungen komplett erfüllt. Was die Gegend angeht: Es ist kein typischer Urlaubsort, welcher von Menschenmassen überfüllt ist. Es ist eine kleine ruhige Stadt wo man seine Ruhe genießen kann. Wenn man Sehenswürdigkeit besichtigen möchte oder abends ausgehen will hat eine gute Möglichkeit die Orte in der Nachbarschaft zu besuchen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin für die Gastfreundschaft und Ihre Fürsorge wir kommen gerne wieder!

This place was in a great location, you can walk to the water and the shops are right around the corner. Marija made check in easy and was very helpful. The place was clean and exactly what I expected.

Mooie, propere studio met klein keukentje (enkel kookplaat). Ongeveer 10 min wandelen naar de oude stad en 20 min naar de haven. Op 2 min wandelen had je de bus terminal om daguitstapjes te doen naar Omis (lijn 60) en Trogir (lijn 37). Tickets kosten €2 pp per rit indien aangekocht in loket of automaat, op bus is het €4! Tanja reageerde heel snel op onze berichten en kon er zelfs voor zorgen dat we eerder konden inchecken. Super verblijf gehad!

Tolle Lage, perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ideal, um Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist lebendig, aber trotzdem ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Mr. Vjenceslav war super nett, lustig und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls ohne größere Mängel wie auf den Fotos anzufinden. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit tollen Blick aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Petar and his family were honestly great. If you are wanting a clean well kept place to stay which is a 10 minute uber away from split. We couldn’t recommend the place more!

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende vertskap. Fint med basseng tilgjengelig. Vi leide bil, og det er en kronglete vei ned til huset og delvis trangt med parkering. Anbefaler heller å ta Uber - det funket veldig bra. Følte oss velkommen og koste oss som gjester! Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.
