We loved staying at this place on our trip through Croatia! Ivana, Ljubica and especially Toto were very welcoming!

Davorka was an absolutely amazing host—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The apartment was stunning: beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. She welcomed us with a lovely charcuterie plate featuring cheese, prosciutto, fresh fruit, and cold beverages—such a thoughtful and warm gesture. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and the wonderful recommendations she shared. It was the perfect start to our stay!

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

The location was perfect. We loved being right between the park with all the beaches and the old downtown. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We also loved the balcony overlooking the soccer field - our kids even played a pick up game with some friendly locals. Thanks for a great stay!

Jasmin was a very welcoming, friendly & informative host. The apartment has everything that you could possibly want and more for a stay in Split. The balcony gives stunning views towards the sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean & we really enjoyed our delicious welcome platter. Jasmin gave us lots of advice about places to visit & places to eat in the area. We were perfectly situated to walk into Split & drive to Krka National Park, Trogir and Ciovo Island. A wonderful apartment and lovely, informative, thoughtful hosts. We will definitely be returning & we would definitely recommended this great property.

We had a wonderful stay at Marija’s apartment! It is located within walking distance of the old town. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Marija was responsive and helpful during our stay.

Flat was very well located for a 5 minute walk into the old town. Exterior of the building didn't look great, but once inside it's lovely, just like the pictures, and was very clean. Bozana was our contact and she was great, very helpful with suggestions and welcoming. We hired a car and explored some lovely towns, great to have a car parking space to come back to, although the parking lot was a bit hectic and tricky, but so were the Croatian drivers in general! Great time overall, Trogir was fab we loved it.

This apartment was an absolute gem!! Jelena was an excellent host, providing thorough instructions for check-in and the lovely amenities in her home. Our family was comfortable and loved this place! Jelena provided groceries which is so thoughtful knowing her guests are arriving after traveling. We loved the location!! My kids enjoyed the very fancy coffee maker and we all appreciated the wonderful water pressure in the showers. Absolutely recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Split!

Very friendly owner, you can taste fresh fig fruit straight from a tree and relax on nice terrace where sun shines from morning to evening. Few minutes walk to clean white sand beach. Shops and restaurants are at walking distance and you can get to trogir and split cities by local busline. Overall very pleasant stay.

Marija and her husband Branko were very friendly and helpful! she had made donuts for us and had fresh figs and grapes from her garden when we arrived and made sweet breads and coffee with chocolates and wafer cookies for breakfast on our last day. Branko took us to the grocery store when we arrived and took us to the airport when we left. their home is very pleasant and even though it is very close to the airport we were seldom aware of the planes coming and going.

Peter welcomed us when we arrived, and showed us how to open/lock the doors, use the pool features, he also had some cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge. The house was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool and outdoor area to grill or just sit outside to enjoy the evening breeze! Peter was so kind and was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was perfect for our family of 7.

Beautiful house! Very special, spacious and luxurious. The kitchen is excellent equipped for food lovers. The photos show exactly what to expect.

We had a wonderful break at this lovely spacious villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The hosts could not be more helpful and hospitable. They made us feel right at home - getting the mix of being at hand whilst giving us our privacy to a ‘T’. A simple taxi ride away from the beautiful cities of Split and Trogir. And easy to explore the lovely Kastela villages Would recommend this villa to others.

Beautiful villa as described. Hosts were fantastic - so friendly and responsive. The villa was very well prepared with all you need already catered for. The welcome drinks and food was a great touch. The villa is a 15min walk to the beach which was beautiful. The only slight downside is can get a little noisy with the road but this does not take away from what was a wonderful stay with great hosts. Thanks for the beer Klement :)

Tami and her husband kept the place impeccably clean. They had turned the area around the pool into their own oasis with a high hedge leaving taffic noice out and a nice barbecue area for us to use.

Excellent host who was easy to communicate with. Apartment was just what we were looking for—quiet neighborhood near the old city, great wrap around balcony, fabulous kitchen & plenty of well-appointed bedrooms. A bathroom with washer was a plus. Great place, wish e could have stayed longer!

I had an exceptional stay at V Luxury Apartment in the heart of Split. The space is beautifully designed with high-end finishes, a comfortable bed, a spacious shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. Its central yet peaceful location—just a short walk from Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva—made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing with a coffee. Zana, the host, was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond by providing snacks, drinks, and a thoughtful tour of the apartment. This is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and hospitality—I highly recommend it!

Great apartment option! The pictures correspond to reality. The whole complex is very modern and nicely designed. Communication with Paula (and her family) is more than easy. They are very nice, warm and very helpful. We felt very comfortable there. You live in a quiet neighborhood and can relax very well. The city is less than 10 minutes by car. Within 15 minutes walking you can reach a beautiful beach. If you need any help, the landlords help immediately and give useful tips on accessibility and further information. We are very happy that we stayed here and would love to come again. 10/10 great experience

We loved Jure's place. It has a perfect layout when traveling with another couple or family with two bedrooms and a full and half bath. The apartment has a lovely garden with a jacuzzi, and there is parking for your rental car. Everything you need is within a block - a grocery store, drug store, pharmacy, beauty salon, fish market and cafes. The bus stop is a block away and Bus 8 comes every half hour to old town. Also, Jure was an awesome host. He was very responsive, full of good advice and his staff kept the place spotless. He went out of his way to forward something very important that I left and he was so gracious about it. Can't say enough good things about this stay.
