The neighborhood is nearby, we expect the guest to respect the house rules. The jacuzzi is closed in the winter period

All I wish during my summer holiday is that the apartment is clean, with free AC, free WiFi, bed linen and extras like two bikes, a baby crib, PlayStation and Netflix in case of days with bad weather. Yes, I offer all of that to all my guests.
