Villa holiday rentals in Grad Pag

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Silencia in Pag. We were there in October, which seems to be off-season (most of the restaurants were closed for instance). But the weather was nice and warm, the beaches & trails were desert! I don't know how the neighbourhood is during summer, but at this time of year it's super quiet. Davoraka's house is huge, with a big garden & terrace. All the amenities you'll need in the kitchen, etc. Our kids had a lot of fun using the pool outside and the trampoline! Finally, Davoraka gave us many tips & infos about the surrounding, thanks!

The apartment was super nice, everything was clean and in tact, the beds were great (everyone slept super) and the immediate proximity to the sea perfect for young and old. We would come back anytime 😉

Really helpful/organised host, nice location with pool in calm town near (10-15 minutes walk) sandy beach, modern premises with everything you'll need, Host was present at our arrival and departure, explained everything related to house and location, was very helpful afterwards. Bakery 5 minute walk from location, local supermarket 10 minutes walk. Would recommend for anybody, esp. families with children (pool, separate child bedroom, sandy beach nearby).

Amazing freshly renovated house that has everything you might want. Extremely clean and cozy. Can easily recommend it to everyone, you will enjoy your stay in Vir if you pick this flat.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning villa. The property is finished to a very high specification, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and style. The pool was a definite highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in effortless. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. It is a beautiful and really well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet, cozy area. The exterior with a heated swimming pool (cleaned every early morning) and a gas-fuelled barbecue grill lets you relax and enjoy your holidays. The small playground for kids is also great, although it needs a little bit more shadow. There are 2 small markets in the area, a beach is located ~10 mins walk from the apartment (quite downhill), there are also local neighbours who can provide you fresh delicious vegetables and fruits - and some homemade Rakija too ;). The apartment's manager was helpful and available every time we needed his help. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth the price if you're looking for a quiet, sunny place to spend your vacation time.

Valentina's villa is great! Totally as described, very well maintained and clean, it is completely finished allowing our dog to roam freely. All the amenities are available and Valentina is a Superhost who is always there for you, she responds literally within minutes if you have a question. Just great!

We had an amazing stay at Zoran’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Zoran was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had an excellent week at Ivan’s villa. It was very clean, well appointed and in a good location. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had a view of the sea and mountains, and the heated pool.

If possible, we'd award more stars. We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful house with spacious terrace and great large pool. The house fully corresponded to the description and the beautiful pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained, just to feel comfortable. We loved the location as well. At the house you can enjoy the tranquility and with a five-minute walk you can reach the center as well as the harbor of Pag, where there is plenty to do. The host Ida and her husband Tom are wonderful hosts who care about the satisfaction of her guests.

Lovely apartment 20-30minute walk to Pag town centre, nice and quiet and with the bonus of the pool. Renata was a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would easily recommend to a friend!

Beautiful house by the sea in a very tranquil area. Very nice the fact that every room had AC unit and a bathroom. The pool was beautiful with nice water temperature. The host was very helpful and ready to respond.

We had a very lovely stay at Lukovo Villas. If you want a quite holiday, in a small village, near the seaside, this place is perfect. We really had fun kayaking and paddling, snorkelling and swimming. The view is also wonderful. The nearest shop is a little bit far and there are no restaurants nearby, but this is a good privilege to cook together in the big, very well equipped kitchen. The hosts responded quickly to every question. So, we thank you for a great time and a lot of memories made in your Rock Villa ❤️

The house is super nice and modern. Bright and airy. Located on a private road, so there isn't a ton of 'vacation noise'. Great private pool and close to great beach and dining. Janin has been nice to help us with everything.

Villa Pag has an exceptional location, from one side you can see the mountains, from the other the sea. In the morning we could also see wild sheep very close to the villa. The village of Sveta Maria is very peaceful. The beach is beautiful, well-kept, and it is about a 5-minute walk away. The villa is perfect for larger groups who want peace and quiet away from the city. It is very well equipped, everything you could need is there and more. All rooms are big enough. The pool can also be heated. Dražen is extremely responsive, friendly, and communication with him was always excellent. The ambience is wonderful. It looks even better in person than in the photos. We hope to come back again, as we were extremely satisfied with everything!
