Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Grad Rab

It is a paradise that was exactly as described and as described and photographed. Clear instructions helped to quickly find the house and get into the apartment. Very responsive host was very quick to respond to the moments we were interested in. In addition to the basement of the house, there was everything you need for a comfortable stay... air mattresses, masks and fins for swimming, sun lounges, umbrellas and even airboards for swimming with a paddle. My family and I really enjoyed my stay. We are very grateful to the host of the house and his brother for the excellent vacation. And the balcony with panoramic views of the sea bay deserves a separate rating.. it's super! Thank you so much it was an unforgettable vacation !

Lovely apartment, super clean and modern interior. It comes with a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed, which makes it an ideal choice for a couple. We loved the two balconies, especially the one with the sea-view. Our hosts were really friendly and attentive.

Marko is a very friendly and service minded host who goes that bit extra to ensure you enjoy your stay. The accommodation is very well placed within the old town & a minute from the city beach for swimming. The roof top terrace is fantastic with great views of the surrounding area and perfect for breakfast and evenings under the stars.

I wish I could give it more stars. Excellent place, lovely location - walking distance from restaurants, beaches, and you can even go for walks on the seafront up to Rab (40 mins walk). We loved the hosts, always so friendly, helpful and welcoming. And the place was extremely clean with a lovely terrace.

We had a wonderful time and would come back any time. We received a very helpful and friendly welcome and they were always there for us. The flat is even nicer than in the pictures, it is super equipped and you can even reach the sea on foot. Amir gives great tips on what to do in the area and where to go for a good meal. It was a great stay.

Great place, clean, comfortable for 2-3 people, good design, big terrace (you can even see the sea from the corner of terrace). Parking in the garden. Hosts are very kind, speak good English, very responsive and helpful. Location is pretty good - some nice restaurants in walking distance. Supermarkets are also nearby - 3 minutes by car. But for more attractive things you need to go to Rab town - center of the island. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very friendly host and very nice place!

We felt completely comfortable. Everything was as described. Beautiful, quiet environment, a great house and a great, very friendly and always helpful hostess.

We spent 10 wonderful days in Tea's House and can only say: It was more than perfect! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well equipped - nothing is missing. The pool is an absolute dream and was our daily highlight in the great weather. The secluded location was ideal for us and our two dogs, who could enjoy a lot of exercise and freedom there – exactly what we were looking for! A special highlight was the incredible hospitality of the family. On my birthday, they even surprised me with a cake and candles - such a warm gesture will always be remembered. A small wish for the future might be a parasol by the pool, to have a shady spot even in strong sun - that would be the icing on the cake. All in all, a perfect accommodation with great hosts – we will definitely come back!

The house is just as beautiful as in the photos. We felt right at home. Everything is very clean, the landlord has always been available and the hot tub is cleaned regularly. Everything was great. 😊

The villa impressed us already on arrival – the unrepeatable view of the sea and the picturesque old town of Vrbnik is really special. The house has an incredibly positive energy, everything is extremely nicely decorated, tastefully furnished and tailored to the perfect getaway. Heated pool (the water had a pleasant 23°C), a sauna, many relaxation corners, a large covered terrace with two grills – all thoughtful and meant for the comfort of the guests. The location is great – just a short walk (5 minutes) separated us from the center of Vrbnik with cute shops, bakery, wine shops and sprayer, bars, restaurants. The surrounding area also offers beautiful trails for hiking, walking and biking among the vineyards. The villa is completely fenced, with private parking and space for bike storage. Two city bikes were also available – great for exploring the surrounding area. Even if we were surprised by the bad weather, the stay would remain pleasant – the spaces are bright, with lots of glass and beautiful views.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Such a nice place and very kind and helpful hosts - Thank you very much, Terezija and Sasa! The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly well situated in the harbour with Restaurants, shops, the fish market, etc. Nevertheless it is quiet and you can enjoy the lovely garden with view on the sailing boats in the harbour. Beaches are within walking distance.

I and 3 of my friends were in the apartment for almost a week. Everything was great, the pool was also great. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. And by car, other beautiful cities (15-35) min can be reached. All in all, it was a great Airbnb!
