Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Grad Rab

Это райское место, которое полностью соответствовало описанию и фотографиям. Чёткие инструкции помогло быстро найти дом и попасть в апартаменты .Очень отзывчивый хозяин очень быстро давал ответы, на интересующие нас моменты. В дополнение в подвале дома имелось всё, что надо для комфортного отдыха... надувные матрасы, маски и ласты для плавания, мячи, лежаки, зонтики и даже надувные доски для плавание с веслом. Мне и моей семье очень всё понравилось. Мы очень благодарны хозяину дома и его брату за отличный отпуск. А балкон с панорамным видов на морской залив заслуживает отдельной оценки.. это супер! Спасибо большое это был незабываемый отпуск !

Lovely apartment, super clean and modern interior. It comes with a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed, which makes it an ideal choice for a couple. We loved the two balconies, especially the one with the sea-view. Our hosts were really friendly and attentive.

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu Gast in Markos außergewöhnlicher Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Terrasse umwerfend. Waren wir zuhause, waren wir eigentlich ausschließlich auf der Terrasse, denn der Ausblick und die Atmosphäre sind wunderbar. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung optimal. Für sechs Personen wird es mit der Ausstattung, sprich Tisch, Stühlen, Geschirr&Co, etwas schwieriger, aber auch machbar. Marko ist sehr aufmerksam und machte uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder!

I wish I could give it more stars. Excellent place, lovely location - walking distance from restaurants, beaches, and you can even go for walks on the seafront up to Rab (40 mins walk). We loved the hosts, always so friendly, helpful and welcoming. And the place was extremely clean with a lovely terrace.

We had a wonderful time and would come back any time. We received a very helpful and friendly welcome and they were always there for us. The flat is even nicer than in the pictures, it is super equipped and you can even reach the sea on foot. Amir gives great tips on what to do in the area and where to go for a good meal. It was a great stay.

Great place, clean, comfortable for 2-3 people, good design, big terrace (you can even see the sea from the corner of terrace). Parking in the garden. Hosts are very kind, speak good English, very responsive and helpful. Location is pretty good - some nice restaurants in walking distance. Supermarkets are also nearby - 3 minutes by car. But for more attractive things you need to go to Rab town - center of the island. We would definitely recommend this place!

Toller Aufenthalt. Alles gut geklappt. Man muss sich allerdings im Klaren sein, dass die nächsten Restaurants / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur per Rad oder Auto gut zu erreichen sind. Mit diesem Wissen ist die Unterkunft wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Top !

wir haben hier das erste Mal Urlaub auf der Insel cres gemacht und waren total begeistert. wer die Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier genau richtig zu fuß kommt man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten in eine Wunderschöne Bucht. mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in der nächsten statt wo es mehrere Restaurants und einige schöne Strände mit Bars gibt. ich komme sicher wieder.

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in Teas House verbracht und können nur sagen: Es war mehr als perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum und war bei dem tollen Wetter unser tägliches Highlight. Die Alleinlage war ideal für uns und unsere zwei Hunde, die dort richtig viel Auslauf und Freiheit genießen konnten – genau das, was wir gesucht haben! Ein besonderes Highlight war die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie. An meinem Geburtstag überraschten sie mich sogar mit einem Kuchen und Kerzen – so eine herzliche Geste wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Ein kleiner Wunsch für die Zukunft wäre vielleicht ein Sonnenschirm am Pool, um auch bei starker Sonne ein schattiges Plätzchen zu haben – das wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Vila nas je navdušila že ob prihodu – neponovljiv razgled na morje in slikovito staro mestno jedro Vrbnika je res nekaj posebnega. Hiša ima neverjetno pozitivno energijo, vse je izjemno lepo urejeno, okusno opremljeno in prilagojeno popolnemu oddihu. Ogrevan bazen (voda je imela prijetnih 23 °C), savna, številni kotički za sprostitev, velika pokrita terasa z dvema žaroma – vse je premišljeno in namenjeno udobju gostov. Lokacija je odlična – le kratek sprehod (5 minut) nas je ločil od središča Vrbnika z ljubkimi trgovinicami, pekarno, vinotekami in pršutarnami, bari, restavracijami. Okolica ponuja tudi čudovite poti za pohodništvo, sprehode in kolesarjenje med vinogradi. Vila je popolnoma ograjena, z zasebnim parkiriščem in prostorom za shranjevanje koles. Na voljo sta bila tudi dve mestni kolesi – odlična za raziskovanje okolice. Tudi če bi nas presenetilo slabo vreme, bi bivanje ostalo prijetno – prostori so svetli, z veliko steklenimi površinami in prekrasnimi razgledi.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Such a nice place and very kind and helpful hosts - Thank you very much, Terezija and Sasa! The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly well situated in the harbour with Restaurants, shops, the fish market, etc. Nevertheless it is quiet and you can enjoy the lovely garden with view on the sailing boats in the harbour. Beaches are within walking distance.

Ich und 3 meiner Freunde waren für knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung. Alles war Super der Pool war auch topp. Zu Fuss ist man in 5 min am Strand. Und mit dem Auto sind andere schöne Stadte (15-35) min erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein super airbnb!
