In the courtyard, there is a 45-square-meter (484-square-foot) swimming pool and a summer kitchen that guests can use. Likewise, lounge chairs and umbrellas are free of charge, and guests are welcome to use them. The entire property is enclosed by a fence.

My place is close to art and culture, parks.We are set in quite neighbrhood, very close to the center of old part of town, you can take a beutiful walk by the sea, at the beutiful sunset(rated by Hitchcock), and get in old town. Nearby are beautiful city beaches, the closest one is 7 minutes walking, if you donT like the walking or you dont have a car the bus station is 1 minut away from the apartment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people.
