Villa holiday rentals in Grad Zadar

Really beautiful place to stay. Nice small pool for keeping cool and a nice shady outdoor area to eat. Bbq area really cool too. Lots of wildlife and nature nearby. It really is a peaceful private area. We walked into Zadar most days. Uber or Bolt doesn’t recognize the address so you have to get it to Berekin just a short walk away (but bear this in mind coming back with shopping). There is a short walk to small supermarket, bakery, green grocers, and a really nice pizzeria “Fragola”. Great host too.

The villa is beautiful, there is nothing missing at all. The style of the facility is a dream and all rooms were very clean. The pool area and the view over the property are also simply beautiful. Antonela and Danijel welcomed us very kindly and were always on hand to advise us when we had questions. There is also a good restaurant nearby, which is easy to reach on foot. We definitely recommend this place.

My family and I had a great time in Zadar. Valerija and Ante were excellent hosts and the apartment exceeded our expectations, especially the proximity to the local beach. Highly recommended and look forward to coming back again one day!

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

Super nice house in a quiet location directly on the sea. Everything (city center, shopping, etc.) was easily and quickly accessible

The villa is very clean and modern. The villa is located in a very quiet area, just a few hundred meters from the sea. There are no other houses around - only one - and this gives great peace and tranquility. Angelo and Smiljia responded to my questions in real time and were always kind and friendly. Congratulations to them and beautiful location. i hope to be back soon.

We can't speak highly enough of what was an amazing stay. The property is so full of charm with every requirement for a family holiday thought of - we instantly felt at home. The peaceful location is within walking distance of the most beautiful scenery, full of history and with excellent restaurants. The bakery around the corner was a daily visit for our kids. Just Wow! Our first impression of the house and it continued. The house is very nicely decorated and super equipped. Kitchen accessories of all kinds, shower/towels etc. all available! (Except wifi; was not always and available in all rooms) Each bedroom with air conditioning and cozily furnished, with its own bathroom. In the basement a fitness area, better than in some hotels. The (partly video monitored) outdoor area also offers everything you need! Space in the shade, loungers, showers and access directly to the sea. Water shoes are highly recommended here, as it goes rocky into the sea (which could also be difficult for non-swimmers and children, depending on the waves.) The pool can't be used, but that's not bad if you don't expect one from the start. Our highlight was to be able to watch dolphins 2 times with a direct view of the sea from the living room and also sleeping (straight from bed)! We recommend the house!

We had a perfect Vacation! The house was exactly as described and the hosting was exceptional. Always got fast responses.. The Villa is a perfect place for groups and very calm. You will find everything you need (kitchen supplys are genius) for sure. Its the perfect place to spent time !!!!

Marinko is very likeable and responded super quickly and helped us with the organization. The villa is superbly equipped, very nice with high-quality furnishings. As a welcome, we received a fruit basket and drinks in the refrigerator. We felt very comfortable and would vacation there again at any time.

Lovely house right on the water. 20 mins drive from nearest Hub. Peaceful yet not remote. Walks in mountains behind are stunning. The Mirila (old grave sites) in the hills add. Take a look.

Edi was very good, helpful, very reception and the stay was perfect. A real luxury house. The feeling was perfect and it felt like its own private secluded place that had what you wanted. We would love to come again! Outside the kitchen was really nice. The pool was perfect. You would have wished for more than 6 nights in a place like this.

The villa was truly stunning - beautifully designed with loads of space and lovely en-suite bedrooms, all of which had AC. This was ideal for our party of 10. Niki was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The location was good for exploring the local coastline, taking a boat trip and exploring the historic walled city of Zadar. We all had a great holiday. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Elani.

Exceptional accommodation with countless recreational opportunities. Very clean location that has everything offered! Extremely nice communication with Lana and Dora, who also allowed us an earlier check in without any problems. We were expected upon arrival by caretaker Branimir, who explained everything to us. We rented the motorboat from Ivo, the direct neighbor for the entire duration of the stay. Also this worked great and absolutely hassle-free. All those present were delighted - we will definitely be back next year!

Amazing villa in a great location. Magladena was a great communicator and organised an airport pickup upon our arrival. The villa was spotless and everything felt clean and fresh, comfortable beds and the swimming pool was cleaned regularly. This is a perfect size villa for a group and family. Magladena and her Father, Mirko were excellent hosts and always offered help when needed - I highly recommend due to the friendly and helpful nature of hosts, and a well-looked after villa.

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment! Everything was very clean and tidy, just like the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi - perfect for relaxing. Communication with Andelo was also straightforward, friendly and fast. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Super nice place to stay, with pool and plenty of comfort, extremely nice hostess. Very child and family friendly (high chair, baby cot, children's dishes, games,...). You can visit Perfect Zadar, the Plitwitzer Lakes, the Krka waterfalls and plenty of beautiful beaches and islands from here. The house is well equipped. Ana left us fruit, wine, coffee, sweets for our children,... on arrival. We were able to barbecue in the garden. In the evening we sat by the cozy oven. Really beautiful (even with sea view) and definitely recommended!!! We say thank you!

Great location to unwind. Very clean and cozy. The rooms are all very large and there is everything in the house that you could need.

It's been a wonderful week ☺️ The house is the same as in the pictures beautifully 🤩 a super great location, clean, we felt sooo comfortable right away. Luka is soooo nice, we definitely made new friends. The pool, cleanliness, everything was perfect 🤩 We will definitely be back.

If you don't search for crowded place, then this is the great place for you. Everything was as on pictures. The (especially morning) view on the bay is amazing. It is the perfect villa for families where kids can play in/by the pool and the parents can relax. The pool was clean. The villa is very well-equipped and there is everything needed like in standard house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Some notes, that you need to count with: - access route to the house is very narrow and with a wider car it will be difficult (see google street view) - there is a parking place for one car and it is difficult to turn around there - loud music/drunk people every evening from Tramontama beach bar - many mosquitos - repellent is a must - Sutomišćica is a village - there's nothing to do there and there is only one very expensive market where you can't buy anything - many Sea urchins in the sea near the house (look where you step) - quite a windy place

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself is fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities you could ask for, making it really easy and comfortable to settle in. The pool was a highlight—just amazing! It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time with family or friends. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and we had a very, very great time. Highly recommended!

The villa is excellent for a stay with several people. There were six of us and we each had enough space and a bathroom. The beds are comfortable, bedrooms are also air-conditioned. The pool is a dream, and there is also a table tennis table and a pool table. We didn't miss anything. A Kaufland and Lidl are 10 minutes' walk away. With the Uber for €5, you can be in the old town of Zadar in less than 10 minutes. We would come back anytime!

Beautiful stylishly furnished house in which you feel very comfortable . What we were missing was an oven, would be great in the outdoor kitchen. The photos do not make it so clear that you cannot walk directly into the sea from the property in front, as it is too shallow and gatschig. You have to walk about 100 meters along the road to jump into the water. The more beautiful bay with deeper water is 200 meters away. For quick cooling, we often jumped into the pool. With the Sup you can drive away from the property. Wonderful is the silence of the small place, and the shopping right on the farm. We had a lovely holiday in Zeljko's house.
