SFIDA Residence is a luxury facility in the old town of Korcula that contains a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. By reconstructing the existing building, SFIDA Residence retained all the original elements of the construction, and with modern design and technology, it was transformed into a luxuriously equipped holiday residence. SFIDA Residence is equipped with WI-FI internet, LCD TVs, and all rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće (100 m2) sa prekranim pogledom na jezero Birina, u blizini Baćinskih jezera, Ušća Neretve i Makarske rivijere. Smještaj sadrži dvije dvokrevetne sobe sa bračnim krevetima i jednu jednokrevetnu sobu. U sklopu apartmana je terasa sa kaminom, prostorom za blagovanje, te ležaljkama. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2.
