Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

The property is known and famous for the many artists who have performed there. It's the ideal home base for exploring the city and the region. On the ground floor you will find one of the best and hippest restaurants of Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the waterfront.. The entire house is new and high-quality finished.

For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
