CASA E GIARDINO CURATI, PROPRIETARIA PRESENTE E MOLTO GENTILE. LA VILLA NON E' A COMPLETA DISPOSIZIONE (UNA PARTE RIMANE RISERVATA ALLA PROPRIETA') , TUTTAVIA NON RISULTA ESSERE UN PROBLEMA IN QUANTO SI HA COMUNQUE LA PROPRIA RISERVATEZZA.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento spazioso e molto accogliente, ideale per un weekend di relax. La sala, luminosa e con affaccio diretto sul giardinetto, rende l’ambiente ancora più piacevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata, con forno e microonde a disposizione. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace. Sono stata fortunata a trovare parcheggio proprio nella stessa via. Durante il mio soggiorno c’era la festa delle ciliegie, ed è stato davvero piacevole passeggiare tra le bancarelle e nel parco del castello poco distante. L’appartamento era pulito e in ordine. Il check-in in autonomia è stato semplice, e Marcello si è dimostrato sempre disponibile. Ho potuto approfittare della bella giornata per pranzare in giardino, dotato di tavolo, sedie, telo parasole e persino barbecue per chi volesse usarlo. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Sicuramente ci tornerò!

Niet groot maar prima voor wat we zochten. Een prettig onderkomen en rustig

La cince ist wirklich ein traumhafter Ort - für Menschen die es gerne ruhig haben und in der Natur sind. Wir haben wenig Zeit im Haus verbracht, es gibt aussen schöne Plätze zum Sitzen, das Wetter war einfach zu schön. Es ist aber sehr gemütlich, abends kommt meist ein leichter Wind auf, sodass es sich auch nachts mit offenem Fenster bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr gut schlafen lässt. Das Haus hat alles was wir brauchten und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, dadurch dass es mitten in der Natur liegt muss man eine gewisse Toleranz für kleine Insekten und Spinnweben mitbringen, das lässt sich an so einem Ort gar nicht vermeiden. So besonders hat unseren Aufenthalt aber die Begegnung mit Cristina und ihrer Tochter/Familie für uns gemacht - sie war unglaublich herzlich, herzlich und von ungewöhnlicher Gastfreundschaft. Es war wirklich schön auch die ganzen Tiere (Hunde, Katzen, Hühner, Enten..) um sich herum zu haben. Es war eine wunderbare Woche, wir sind super erholt und kommen wieder. Danke

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The building is beautiful, with a grand entrance. The flat is stylish, comfortable, and very practical. We used the kitchen almost every day, and the shower was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable too. Everything was clearly explained, and since it was our first time in Piacenza, the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

La casa di Giuseppe e Livia è estremamente accogliente per qualunque tipo di ospite. La casa è in una posizione decisamente tranquilla, piuttosto isolata essendo immersa nella collina ligure. Abbiamo trascorso un breve weekend in gruppo con amici e abbiamo in particolare apprezzato tutto lo spazio all'aperto, dotato di barbecue e ampio tavolo, per mangiare e rilassarsi in compagnia. L'arredamento è vintage ma funzionale: nella casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serviva come beni di prima necessità. Inoltre, Giuseppe e Livia si sono dimostrati assolutamente disponibili e mai invadenti, nonostante la nostra prenotazione fosse stata fatta due giorni prima del weekend. Grazie e alla prossima!

We had a very pleasant one week stay during our summer vacation. The apartment is excellent and we enjoyed the beautiful and secluded court yard. Samantha and her family were great hosts and always helpful. The AC units worked really well so we were able to get a good nights sleep despite the hot weather. Rivergaro itself is a very nice traditional village with good restaurants situated around the city plaza. We enjoyed several good meals sitting at one of the outside tables, feeling the town come alive as the sun set. If you enjoy seafood and excellent service, "Scrajo" is worth a visit. The city plaza is a short and easy walk from the apartment, so leave the car behind. There are also several good restaurants close by or in neighboring towns. I recommend visiting the village Bobbio which, in addition its historic center and famous bridge, also offers a good and safe spot to swim in the river, right below the bridge.
