Great location. Excellent chalet, wonderful pool with very warm water temperature. Super quiet and cozy condominium and close to the center. We love the holiday there.

We were the first guests of giovani and it was simply perfect ! Giovani is extremely requested . The house is beautiful and with a beautiful view!! A wonderful gourmet with everything it takes for those who love to cook in stays !!! Valu very apene, we will definitely be back .

Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to the guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

the Casa Afeto is a lovely place, highlighting, among so many qualities, comfort, beauty, luminosity and silence. Exactly what we were looking for. Because we had a girl we had the great surprise of finding toys in the house and a beautiful and very functional recreation area of the condominium. Our family loved and we intend to return soon. Estadia was perfect, clean, organized and very fragrant apartment. Lu was very clear in the explanations of the accommodations . In short, it was all great and we will be back for sure.

The location is sensational, everything can be done on foot, as it is close to everything. The apt is nice muuuuito, it has a great size and the balcony is really wonderful. The host and the lady who welcomes us are very cordial, ready to help us. It would strongly indicate.

The apartment is very good! Of course, very clean, everything is new. It's well lit. Good showers. Well-equipped. We were very welcome, including table and pampering(chocolate cake and fire-prepared fire). When we need we were quickly served! excellent hosts!

I loved our stay! The apartment is a charm, matches the images. Great showers, air-conditioning to heat, Super well located, we did everything by walking. The best spots in the city are less than 200m away. As we took our 2-year-old daughter, there was a bath and a cart that was a hand on the wheel. A Vivi always very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Great house with lots of privacy and outdoors, featuring all the necessary utensils. Check in facilitated. Only inconvenience was that the showers lowered the pressure when turning on a faucet or pulling the discharge.

We had a very special stay! The house is very cozy and welcoming, bringing a beautiful experience of the Serra Gaúcha. The silence and peace during the night made us sleep very well. The house has the basics very well offered. All very clean and organized. Around the house, there are plenty of animals and fruits and a very good bucolic environment.

The place of Lisiane is charming. A paradise to rest and relax. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, this is the second time we have stayed there. The house is large and very comfortable, has everything necessary for hot or cold days. On the outside we take advantage of the floor fire that is in front of the lake, enjoying the geese and the view. The property's dogs are lovers, they interacted with us and ours too, but they are very obedient. And the housekeeper, his José, a very helpful and dear person, likes to help and explain what he does on the site, when he is treating the sheep (which are a Show by piece) makes Teaching and explaining what you're doing. Anyway, a place to rest and disconnect from everything!

If you are looking for a quiet, quiet place of connectivity with nature, this is certainly the right place. Casa is beautiful, you notice affection and care in every corner. In front has a pond with a small square, very attentive neighbours. Rosa, very attentive and agil in the contacts, responded promptly to each request. We felt at home, were days of many affective memories.

We spent a very nice family weekend! The place is great and very beautiful! The house is very well equipped, with large rooms and very clean bathrooms. Lucas and Dona Inez were very receptive and attended to us very well, always very helpful and kind, especially Dona Inez who guided us at all times. We love to enjoy the farm animals! The dogs and cats are very friendly and became our friends, also welcoming us with great affection. It's worth taking the tour and trail to the waterfall! Overall, we were very satisfied and intend to return one day!

We had a great experience! The house is exactly as in the photos: well organized, cozy and with incredible natural beauty. Communication with the host was always quick, attentive and very kind. Extremely comfortable bedding and mattresses and plenty of firewood, which is great! We had a small setback with the hot water (due to a power surge in the city), but the host was super available and helpful, guiding us. We definitely recommend it and would stay again! 😊

THE HOUSE: extremely pleasant environment! Cozy house, comfortable beds and the wood stove gives a more than special touch to the place. THE LOCATION: for those who like peace and tranquility like me, the place is perfect. 24 hours of quiet, listening to the birds singing, the chickens cackling and the sheep trotting. All of this combined becomes an orchestra for rest. In addition, there is PLENTY of space for a good walk. THE COUPLE: I wish it were easy and simple to find people like Rodrigo and Rosane. Unique people. They gave us all the attention we needed, without being absolutely invasive. I remembered my grandmother's house, where she always had some delicious treat available. In this sense, Rosane is not far behind, as she presented us with several delicacies (such as cassava starch donuts, homemade bread, strawberry jam, guava chimia, honey, etc.). Not to mention the affectionate notes that are everywhere. It is worth reading each one of them.
