Welcome to our cottage in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate und Meer – on the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our listed cottage by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The cottage was built around 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family from Mönkebude and was used for living until around 1982. Today, our guests relax between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay-plastered walls and under the beautiful thatched roof on about 80 square meters of living space.

At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Ideal for up to 4 people, this spacious apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. • Location: The apartment is located in the center of Ferdinandshof, directly on Bundesstraße 109 and is only 15 minutes by car from the idyllic Szczecin Lagoon. The train station is also within walking distance and offers convenient direct connections to Berlin, Greifswald and Stralsund.

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.

We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 25 m² 1-room apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with a pantry kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher, CD player, large full HD TV and a high-pressure coffee maker. Garden furniture and umbrella are on the terrace.

In my guest house, I offer people the opportunity to find themselves in a time-out. In a quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, on a property with many places to linger, you can relax - without having to sacrifice the comfort of an individual modern accommodation. The guest house consists of 2 residential units that are rented separately, the kitchen is shared. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (see house rules).

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Dear holiday guests, We would like to rent out our quietly located vacation home. Our 300 sqm fenced recreational property offers a 58 sqm vacation home. The outdoor area offers you a covered and an uncovered terrace with seating for 4 people. In addition, there is a Finnish barrel sauna, which can be used. In addition, our guests enjoy the beach chair, the two sun loungers, as well as an existing grill.
