Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Granada

Lovely private house with friendly and helpful host. Eduardo answered any queries within minutes and even assisted in booking our car onto the ferry for Ometepe island

The landscape and scenery were just spectacular! The place was so immaculately landscaped with plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing. The caretaker was super helpful in getting us tours, restaurant suggestions and taking care of whatever we needed. The lake was beautiful and perfect temperature to swim in. We heard monkeys, roosters and tons of birds. It was a lovely jungle experience. The last night we had a major thunderstorm that lasted all night and we lost power so that was exciting and added to the full Nicaraguan experience. The road to get to the house is well paved, except the last 1/4 mile or so which was a rough dirt road so make sure you have an suv. I would definitely stay here again and for longer next time. There are restaurants a half mile away that are quite nice with equally great views.

This home was comfortable and well maintained. Owner was very responsive and informative. I appreciated how clean it was as I’m pretty picky. The community felt safe, secure and private. Was easily located off a main highway and close to all things. We enjoyed the restaurant accross the street, very convenient. Thank you Oscar for a great staycation!

What to say about this place, it's so quiet and so beautiful. I felt so relaxed these days, in addition to the area that is very quiet and full of nature. Nel se porto super linda and accessible xon us all the time, plus its coffee harvest is excellent. In case of traveling to Nicaragua again, we will not last to return to this place ❤️✨️

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and situated in a central location which was great. The main living area was spacious with plenty of areas to sit and relax. Our favorite were the handmade rocking chairs. The kids loved the outdoor pool. All four bedrooms were also spacious, comfortable, and in immaculate condition. Onice provided excellent service. The staff members, Enrique and Raul were great. Excellent communication with Rocio. Granada is a gorgeous colonial city. I would highly recommend this AirBNB!

Great Place within walking distance of the airport. Very clean and easy to find. There was an ice cold beer waiting for me, which was delicious after a 3.5 hour drive. Claudio was very helpful and responsive. Julie his assistant met me at the apartment with the keys. I will be staying here again in the future as I will be traveling in and out of Nicaragua frequently in the coming years. Thanks for the beer!!

We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

Laxira is an excellent host, comfortable rooms

Place was as described. The AC's in the rooms work extremely well. They keep the apartment very comfortable. A washer and dryer is a big plus. Located close to a major market and bus terminal. Lot's of traffic during the day. Easy to catch a taxi if you don't have transportation. A gated apartment with 24 hr security. Security guards were extremely pleasant. I would stay again.

Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. Will definitely be back, wonderful place, peaceful and safe… it is one of my top stays .. thanks Oscar

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

Yhe apartment was nice and we enjoyed our visit. Walking distance to coffee and a restaurant as well as all the choices in the very close Galleria Mall. However the beds are noisey and hard. And the Gym did not have great equipment. Other than that no complaints.

Super comfortable apartment, close to many places to eat and go out and a quiet area to rest

We were so happy with our stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The groundskeeper did such an amazing job keeping the area beautiful and an extremely clean pool which we enjoyed daily. The host and cleaning staff were friendly, responsive and helpful the entire time, even through the holidays. We will definitely be back to this location, this is our #1 pick in the city.
