The Tinao apartment occupies the old hayloft and warehouse of agricultural tools. A duplex, with an open mezzanine and a double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. Surrounded by extensive gardens, swimming pool and parking.

The apartment has a separate entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom, a workspace, and a living room that opens up to the bedroom. It also features a patio for enjoying the outdoors, bright windows, and everything you need to relax. Located in the city's central belt, it is easily accessible by public transportation (next to the metro and bus stops) or by car (free parking area).

A 7-minute walk to the cathedral. A 3-minute walk to the bus or taxi stop. A 10-minute walk to Plaza de San Nicolás. A 20-minute walk to the entrance of the Alhambra. You have to climb stairs to get to the house. But that will make you enjoy silence and tranquility.
