Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

A wonderful place with a lot of peace

The place is spacious, comfortable and installed with everything one needs. Super cute and private. Even though it is in condominium you can't hear the neighbors. It has a beautiful patio where birds are heard. I enjoyed listening to some music and being there. Even with a bottle of wine I was greeted. Jeje I'm not more grateful. I hope to return 🫶

Shirel was an outstanding host! She was very responsive, friendly and communicative. The house is in a safe location and was easy to find. Check in and checkout was simple and easy. Laura and Verny are wonderful hosts. We were very grateful that they opened their beautiful home to us. From the moment we walked into the house, we felt like we were walking into our own home. Laura had everything in her kitchen that I needed to cook and bake for my family. The views surrounding their home are breathtaking. Verny and Laura were very respectful to our privacy and made sure that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this AirB&B the next time you visit this beautiful country. Beautiful space, the second you walk in you feel right at home. It has such a cozy vibe to it and very thoughtfully decorated. The house has an older charm but modern touches like kitchen and bathroom. It’s the perfect space for a solo traveller or couple. You can conveniently park right outside the house which is rare for San Jose. If silence is your top priority however this space may not be for you as it’s located directly on a main road so keep in mind as traffic in San Jose is petty heavy at times.

Booked this last minute and excellent communication. The place is newer and has great restaurants on the street level . Awesome pool and even better 21st floor to rooftop where you can spend the morning relaxing or wind down in the evening ! Check in was a breeze. The cooking facilty was awesome. Close to city but far enough to be away from the hustle n bustle

Jorge’s place in Rohrmoser was a great stay! The apartment is in a peaceful apartment building with great amenities like a pool, gym, cinema room, and steam room. The apartment was very clean, organized, and well equipped for our stay. Jorge was friendly and available any time we needed anything at all. The apartment is in a great location close to nice parks, lots of restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers. We also enjoyed being so close to the stadium and Parque La Sabana.

It was everything my family needed to land in Costa Rica, have a place we could quickly get to from the airport, and get started with our adventure.

The place is right on a main avenue so expect some noise, other than that there's a lot of bars, restaurants, convenient stores around the neighborhood and it's pretty safe

It is an excellent place to stay. It has everything you need and more. The pool, gym and play and rest areas give it a plus. I felt calm and safe with my child. Jennifer is a great host

Very kind Tito, the place is very nice, we had a good time with our two dogs who enjoyed running around the farm and meeting other animals (sheep, geese, ducks, chickens). We liked that the bathroom was impeccable, the cabin was very tidy, we thought we would be cold but even though it rained at night the temperature was perfect to stay under the blankets. We tried to go out to see the sunset but there was a lot of fog, we still liked the silence a lot. You have to be careful with the stairs because they get slippery, and there is a shower with hot water upstairs, we didn't need anything.

Nice place, comfortable and clean. A place with many things to do in your free time. The sound of the river is a plus. In front of the complex, there are different places to eat, get ready, or buy groceries. Luis is always attentive to your stay. Highly recommended.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in my life! My sister and I felt at home right away, it’s so cozy, warm and very clean. It’s a comfy place! There is many restaurants and supermarkets walking distance. And what can we say about Heilyn?! She is a super host, she is sweet, kind, respectful, very helpful! Excellent woman! Wonderful place and Pablo is a great host. We loved the rooftop jacuzzi. Only problem was that Saturday night was very loud outside all night and that made it hard to sleep. But that can happen when you stay at an active location.
