Holiday rentals with lake access in Granbury

Our stay was great! The kids loved being that close to the water and watching the boats on the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Wow — what an amazing stay! This house was absolutely adorable, incredibly comfortable, and spotless from top to bottom. Every little detail was thought out, making it feel like a true home away from home. We were so impressed with how cozy and inviting everything was — it truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re considering booking, do it! You won’t regret it. We’re already planning our next stay because this place is just that special. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Our family of 4 (+ our dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shorhaus on Lake Granbury. It was impeccably clean, the kitchen was very well provisioned and the beds were comfortable. We loved the game room and spent a lot of time playing ping pong & shuffleboard, but also really enjoyed cooking s'mores over the fire pit. It is an incredibly peaceful spot on the lake. The Canadian Geese and ducks seemed to enjoy it too! We didn't need much help, but both Mike & Christine were very quick & responsive when we had some questions. Loved it and we'd definitely go back.

Highly recommend this house! It was super cute, very clean, and perfect for our family of 3. This is the first place that had everything I forgot :) The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Easy check-in/out process. Would definitely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Perfect Lakeside Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside home! The views were absolutely stunning – waking up to the peaceful water each morning was a dream. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the abundance of towels and the super soft blankets that made lounging extra cozy. The couch was just as comfy – perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake. The host was fantastic – very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making the space feel welcoming and well-stocked. Overall, this was the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a Beautiful home! Our family had a wonderful time; it was the perfect place for a summer getaway. The home itself is lovely, and we had everything we needed. We would love to return in the future.

Our family had a great couple of days at Scott’s place. The kids loved floating in the cove by the dock & relaxing in the hot tub. Beds were all comfy, the master shower was wonderful! We are cook-at-the-house people and the kitchen was well appointed with pots/pans/knives/etc. BYO condiments etc with your groceries (HEB & Kroger are not far). We made some great memories and would love to go back again! (Also, I recommend the local public beach and Big Rocks Park in Glen Rose - SO FUN & free. And both have loaner life jackets for kiddos if you need).

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house! The home was very clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It offered easy access to the canal, which made taking the boat out super convenient. There were so many activities for the kids—both inside and outside—which kept them busy and happy the whole time. The sunroom was perfect for letting them play safely indoors while still enjoying the view. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Thank you Liz for sharing this beautiful place. We enjoyed it for 6 full days celebrating our 40th anniversary. The weather and temps were great this week. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Property is beautifully landscaped with plenty of shade, multiple decks, water access, expansive covered porch, lots of seating, table for outdoor dining /cooking, fireplace & screened porch. Interior very well appointed with upper end appliances and all of the normal kitchen tools/pots/cutlery. Bedrooms provided nice furniture & very comfortable beds. Bathrooms excellently cleaned. So many thoughtful items for their guests that I haven't seen anywhere else for children & adult enjoyment, even a frozen pie and banana bread in the freezer for you! During our stay, we requested a small adjustment for the comfort of a pregnant person & the host was there in 15 -20 minutes graciously providing the accommodation. The owners also came out a second time, in 15-20 minutes, when I reached out for information . There is a binder with thorough instructions for the home, local information & checkout procedure. A great house with truly excellent hosts!!

Autumn and victor’s lake house was amazing. It was priced just right had a nice little dock all the amenities. Directions were clear and hosts were always responsive to any inquiries we had. Will be definitely coming back in a couple months!!

The Rock, as Cora calls her place, is a wonderful place to stay. The home is artistically magical. Cora has a decorating gift that is evident in every detail of the home. It is also very comfortable and welcoming. The lake setting is perfect for gathering, bbqing, or just relaxing outside on the expansive deck / patio with plenty of cozy seating. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend this beautiful rental!
