Great stay a few blocks from downtown Moab! We went to a swimming hole 10 minutes away and we were close to both National Parks which was awesome! Something to note, the free laundry was an amazing amenity to have when traveling.

We loved this place. It was super nice and perfectly located.

Enjoyed staying here over night on our road trip to Arches National Park. I am a very close inspector when it comes to cleanliness and get creeped out easily… probably cleanest place I’ve stayed at yet! 10/10 recommend. Bed and pillows were comfy too. Thank you!

This place was in the perfect location and super cute! I had a rental car but was able to walk everywhere I went for the most part around town. I loved the speakers that had the options to play white noise/ fan for at night.

This place was even cuter in person! The location was perfect, an easy walk to shops and great food options. It was a very comfortable stay for two people. I especially appreciated the cooler that was provided, which came in super handy since I flew in. The space had just the right amount of amenities and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed without feeling cluttered. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this small home. It was plenty roomy for 2 of us. And everything we needed was there. Extremely clean from tip to top. We had a little trouble understanding the lock system but there was someone there on the grounds who helped us immediately. Outside of town a bit and in a big box area, but the mountains and rocks were all around. Would say there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect! Exactly what we needed for our short stay in Moab. Conveniently located to downtown Moab (a few minute walk) and less than 10 minutes from the Arches Park entrance. The space is so cute and welcoming. We enjoyed some wine on the rooftop after sunset one of the nights. Would definitely stay here again when we come back and love that you could rent multiple units for a larger group.

This is a PERFECT spot to stay in Moab! We loved the location. It was easy to walk to all the restaurants and food trucks. We 1000% recommend 98 Center which is just down the street. We loved it so much we ate there twice! We were far enough off the main road that we heard absolutely no noise, although the hosts left ear plugs just incase. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I needed a place to stay with showers and washer/dryer after camping several days. This was the perfect place! Parking just outside the unit, plenty of space upstairs in the unit, and on a quiet street, although just two blocks from the main drag of Moab. Three minute walk to great restaurants. The unit was super clean and had everything I needed. Comfortable bed and more amenities than I had time to check out. Very thankful for this place and the friendly staff!

Beautiful home that’s even bigger in person than the pictures. Prime location and super comfortable and clean. If traveling with a larger group do keep in mind the walls are super thin.

This place was great! After a long day at Arches National Park it was easy to find and easy to get in. Great air conditioning, which was very much appreciated after a hot day of hiking. Location was also perfect, right in the middle of town with a short walk to many options for restaurants.

Moab Flats was clean, comfortable, and convenient. A great choice for lodging in Moab.
