Emy is a fantastic host, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, organized, and had everything you needed. All switches and drawers were labeled, so it really took the guesswork out of things and helped us get situated so much quicker. If we ever get the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and so clean. We were impressed with how many amenities were inside the home, coffee options, ice machine, steam shower, sauna, and more. Everything looked and felt so clean and well taken care of! We especially loved the themed decor, it really made our trip around Moab so authentic. The host responded to us immediately when we needed a little help which was comforting. My daughter did find a desert centipede in the kitchen one morning, but I think that just comes with the location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Good location south of Moab and short drive into downtown. Beautiful views of the red rocks from the front and back yards. Photos and descriptions are accurate. Kitchen is provisioned pretty well for cooking (above average for an AirBnB but short of expectations for accomplished cooks). Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The house has a lot of thoughtful touches for groups with kids. Back patio was lovely in the evening once the sun started setting. Easy access to national and state parks for stunning scenery and exploration. Recommended.

Fantastic place! One of our favorites that we have ever stayed in. Super new and modern, with big windows to enjoy all the views. It was so clean and well taken care of — the cleaning crew had even added the little touches of having a new coffee filter in the coffee maker, and a detergent pod in the dishwasher. When they are doing little things like that, you know it’s a good place. The amenities were great. It was really live in ready with all the kitchen items you’d ever need, fully stocked with Keurig coffee/cocoa/tea, spices, etc. Best stocked kitchen at an AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect. At the south end of town, so it is nice and quiet but still a 5min drive to anything you need. The view out the back into the mountains is awesome, and made for some great sunrises. Really great place that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. Only place that I would book here in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was in a beautiful location with a fantastic view of the rock formations around Moab. Very clean and nice size. I would stay there again without hesitation. The only slight glitch was the street address. The condo is on a different street than the address. If you use your GPS with the address link in the App, it will take you elsewhere. If you follow the text directions Alan sends you you will find it easily. It was not a big deal, but just a heads up. Highly recommend.

This house was our “home away from home” for a month and we totally fell in love with it. The house feels warm and cozy (not impersonal and sterile as some Airbnbs do). It's the little things we don't carry while travelling but that made our stay easy: a soda-stream, tupperware boxes we could use on a hike. Humidifier was a nice touch to help us acclimatise to the desert. We had more room than we could ask for: main bed is the size of a football field, each of us had a desk to work at, and anytime we could just step out on the patio and watch the neighbours: Blue jay Fred and cheeky chipmunks. Views from the patio are breathtaking! The Castleton tower dominates the east, La Sals to the south keep their “head in the clouds.” The location is perfect! Away from the Moab rush, close to trails less trodden; it's 30 minutes to the Arches NP entrance. In case of a coffee emergency, the Sorrel ranch is close. This is a great place and if we're in this area ever again, we'd surely return.

Lovely home and beautiful views. Loved the rooftop deck. The neighborhood was super nice and quiet. We were close enough to everywhere we wanted to go but was up and out of the high traffic area.

Nice stay with fantastic views. Overall good experience with a responsive and helpful host. The only issues were one of the beds had what appeared to be sheets that hadn’t been fully laundered and some cockroaches in the house(it is an older house). Overall the house was well decorated, clean, well provisioned for a vacation. Would stay again.

Simple and affordable-just like the description. Plenty of extra toiletries available if you forget something. The living room is spacious with enough room to put down multiple air mattresses/sleeping bags. Definitely not luxurious-but perfect for our big family who needed to crash for a night after seeing Arches National Park and didn’t want to pay a fortune to stay in Moab.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend the place! It was located just outside of Moab and within a 40 min drive to Arches and Canyonlands. We will be back!

Katie’s place was comfortable, convenient, and clean. Especially liked having access to the garage, as the temperatures outside were hot. Would recommend for a family trip to Southern Utah.

Holly is very responsive to inquiries, issues and additional info/help. Home is well stocked for cooking, meals together, and extended stay with laundry. Well laid out for a group. Functional furniture and kitchen. Uncluttered. We were 6 adults in our late 60's there to explore the Swell and Green River Rocks. Wanted a ranch style - one level. Plenty of space for privacy and togetherness. Made suggestions for a couple of useful ammenities - well received. Great base camp for families or friends looking to explore the incredible geology and beauty there - from moab to goblin valley, Price, Nine Mile and especially the Bookcliffs and all of the Swell.

Lovely house. We had four adults and four kids with plenty of beds for everyone. The patio was great and there was ample parking for our Jeeps and trailer. We would absolutely stay there again.

The place was super clean and beautiful. Everything was well taken care of, and we even saw stars at night — it was perfect!

This is a great place on Moab - lovely outdoor spaces, decks, garden, etc. It does share outdoor common space with other units, but that means you can share a glass of wine with a neighbor! Also, very well outfitted home - good dishes, comfy beds, plenty of linens, shampoo in the showers, etc. - it is turnkey.

Extremely comfortable, clean, quiet, and appealing place to stay. Close to everything you could want- the national park entrance is right near by and I walked to several restaurants and shops throughout the week. I felt happy coming back here to rest and sleep after a long day of activities.

Our host were fantastic. They stayed in contact anytime we had questions. Their home was lovely clean and easy to navigate during our travels. It was the perfect spot for our group of eight.

The view from the property is amazing! We loved waking up every day and looking at the canyons. The house is less than minute walk to the community pool, which was super nice especially since we travelled with young children. Like other's have said, the house is located right in front of a major highway and there is some traffic noise during the night/early morning - consider ear plugs or white noise if this bothers you! It is a 10ish minute drive from downtown Moab and very close to other places of interest. We loved that the background was entirely fenced in, so we didn't have to worry about our dogs or kids playing outside.

The location and price were great! Beds were comfortable and the home was well equipped. The hosts were very responsive.
