Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The wildlife you will see at our place is always amazing to watch. We also have a shuffle board table set up for guests to challenge the family and friends to a friendly game. There are two nice patios to sit at with one being under cover so the rain won't bother you. The walking trail that runs through the property is also very quiet and private. The creek that runs through the property does have brook trout. Close to Island Resort/ Casino.

Beautiful cottage located on the end of the Garden Peninsula in the small town of Fairport; this property features spectacular waterfront views with access to a small marina and sand beach. Various wildlife commonly seen, to include bald eagles, deer, turkeys, ext. In addition, this property hosts spectacular fishing opportunities. Fishing from shore, large and small mouth bass, perch, and northern pike are abundant. Anglers can also catch salmon, lake trout, ext. from a fishing vessel.
