Small apartment of 35 square meters, charming, located in an old building, five minutes from the train station (line H, 50 min. from Paris Gare du Nord), in Parmain, bordering Isle-Adam and its shops (10 min. walk). At the foot of the building, a convenience store and a pharmacy 100 meters away. The apartment includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, without an elevator, on the right on the landing. Enjoy your stay.
