We stayed for my daughters TCU graduation and felt right at home the moment we arrived. Both Jerry and Anna were super friendly and welcoming and even had items in the fridge for us just in case we were hungry or thirsty. They were responsive to my questions and the home was extremely well placed from TCU as well as quiet. Probably the most quiet place we have stayed. The house was cozy and rooms were huge with a nice work desk in case you have to work. We would definitely recommend and stay here again when coming to Fort Worth! Thank you!

Such a nice townhouse, well-furnished and an easy 10 minute drive from many attractions in the area such as the Colony Grandscape, and a hop away from Arbor Hills nature preserve. Has a nice kitchen and loft workspace. The Parker Estates neighborhood is very well maintained, safe and quiet. We stayed for several weeks while moving to Plano for a new job. The small backyard was good for our dogs and there is a lot of open grass areas to walk them. Barlas was very easy to communicate with. This is Texas, you will need a car to get around.

10/10 stay and host. Have stayed at multiple other places jn Dallas. This was one of the best. Responsive, clear instructions, location, privacy and accommodating host were the elements that stood out.

We had an amazing two night stay at Jeff’s place. Jeff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed before check-in, so thorough and thoughtful. He even texted ahead to let us know the place was ready, that we could check in anytime upon arrival, no questions asked and no need to text for permission. It made everything smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the essentials. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants. One must-see is the Farmers Market just down the road, an absolute gem. A huge bonus was the 12 PM check-out time, giving us extra time to catch up on sleep after a late night of Monopoly Deal, so much better than the usual 10 AM rush. Beyond the stay itself, we loved seeing pieces of Jeff’s journey through the photos and artwork in his home, it made the space feel personal and full of stories. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay and very spacious! May seem like a lot of rules but if you are a clean person and take care of your stuff it’s simple things you would normally do at home. Definitely would recommend for a short or long stay!

The airbnb was great and we had no complaints. The townhouse was just as pictured and described with an easy check in and check out process. Charaka provided the best suggestion when it came to our check out accommodations as we had a night flight. When taking the suggestion provided, a discount was provided due to the time span of our stay. Townhouse is right off the interstate and literally 5 mins from downtown. This made it convenient to explore the downtown area while not being too far from our townhouse. Due it being located on the outskirts of downtown, there is constant flow of traffic but it did not disturb use as we are used to it. Parking was great as there is a garage for each townhouse the safely park your car. When visiting Dallas again, we will definitely book again.

I had a long-term stay at Joseph’s place, and it was exactly as described. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It truly felt like home. Joseph was a great host and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The location is also a big plus. It’s in a nice part of Dallas and within walking distance to the Bishop Arts District, which has plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Over all the place was great for me and my family. No play station 5 and a few dirty dishes but we still liked it a lot.

Excellent place! My wife and I have 3 kids (12 year old son, 9 year old daughter, 3 year old daughter). The rooms all had on suite bathrooms which was very convenient! Our host, Priyanka was incredible! Very responsive and informative! I deeply appreciated her flexibility on our last day as we needed extra time to complete checkout. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs a place for a large group or family!

Wonderful place. Had everything we needed, very close to downtown. Felt like a getaway inside. Having the rooftop and balconies was a plus.

This was a lovely home with very excellent location. It was walkable to lots of great places and the home was quiet at night. It was a little difficult to get in and out of the location with multiple steps of locking/unlocking but it felt very safe. The hosts were very communicative, which made the stay much more convenient.

Great little place to stay we were there for a volleyball tournament which was 3 min drive and very convenient!!! Would definitely recommend!!

Lisa was proactive and responsive before and during our trip. The house was located within just a few miles of everywhere we needed and wanted to go, with easy access to all roads. The neighborhood was quiet and her home was well kept, providing everything we needed for our stay. The kids really enjoyed the games available outside, as well as the karaoke mics and football game. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay with Lisa again, next time we are in the area.

It was also centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Dallas, making it easy to explore other neighborhoods and attractions. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, creative place to stay in Dallas!
