Megan’s space was beautifully kept, spacious, close to downtown and easy to find! Everything was super convenient and Megan provided lots of amenities. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you!!

The property is a private apartment in the basement of the main house. Beautiful 9 foot ceilings and appears to have been completely remodeled in the last year or two with high-end furnishings and decor. Very quiet waterfront properties surrounded by very nice homes. Everything you could want and more.

A stunning house architecturally; the view of the river through the trees from the floor-to-ceiling windows was fabulous. Even the indoor mirrors were carefully positioned to provide views of the outdoors. It rained for two days while we were there but we were content to stay inside and watch the river go by, while the chipmunks, squirrels, and birds busied themselves right outside the windows. Finally, the under-floor heating worked well.

We stayed for two nights and were able to do SO much in just a short amount of time!! The location is great and she easiest drive into downtown Grand Rapids! We even spent half the second day in Holland, which wasn’t a bad drive from the house as well! The lantern festival was going on at the zoo, and we highly recommend doing this before it ends soon! The house was in the perfect location. It felt family friendly and safe all while being incredibly comfortable as well! We would stay here again when visiting the Grand Rapids area!

We had a truly lovely and peaceful weekend at Erica and Mark’s place. The setting is stunning—tucked into a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful woods that bring a sense of calm and privacy from the moment you arrive. The space itself is welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, everything needed for a short restorative stay. Communication with our hosts was smooth and considerate throughout, from check-in to departure. They shared helpful instructions, made sure we felt welcome, and were very accommodating—including helping us locate an outdoor outlet for our EV setup. We especially appreciated the little touches: fresh water, coffee, and snacks, as well as the feeling of being entirely independent while knowing our hosts were available if needed. If you’re looking for a serene nature escape with the convenience of modern comfort, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended—we would gladly return. Thank you Erica and Mark! It's a lodging that I want to give 10 out of 5 stars. The host was kind and if you responded quickly to the inquiry, the items were well-equipped. There was a nearby laundry room, so there was no inconvenience in long-term accommodation. The space was spacious and the water pressure was really good. Parking was easy, and there were golf courses, large discount stores, and shopping malls nearby within 10 to 20 minutes, so there were many things to enjoy. If you come back to this area, I'm going to find out Carolyn's accommodation first.

What a lovely place! The woodwork is beautiful. So nice to sit on the back porch = it's like being in a tree house. Everything was spotless and the kitchen & bathroom were fully supplied. Thanks Kayla for a wonderful stay.

Lovely Heritage Hill apartment. The space was spotless and exactly as advertised. A great place to stay if you are interested in enjoying the quietness and charm of the Heritage Hill neighborhood while still being close to downtown. Carolyn was extremely helpful and responsive to messages. I did not want to take away any stars for this, as it is not the fault of the hosts and may not bother others, but the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom (with the king bed) was quite loud and also has a very bright light that can’t be turned off. Just something to keep in mind for picky sleepers - I had some trouble with sleep due to that. The air conditioning units in the other rooms did not seem to have this issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place to others.

The mother in law suite was perfect for my husband and I during our mini get away. The location was perfectly in the middle where we were able to visit both Holland and Saugatuk. It is smaller than expected but doesn’t feel crowded, it’s the right size for 2 people. The location is very quiet and private, and parking is right by the door. I believe it is a shared space to the house next door, but that was no biggie. As far as the highway noise, didn’t bother us at all. Being from the city, we are used to it but they did have a white noise machine which we tried out and worked well. Quiet, private & clean. 10/10.

I stayed at Barbara's apartment for a few weeks while supporting my elderly parents during a health crisis. The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Barbara is very friendly and was incredibly supportive during a difficult and stressful time. I would highly recommend her properties and will always check there first for any future visits.

Highly recommend Mindy‘s property. It is so clean, modern and comfortable and a great base when you’re in the Grand Rapids area, especially if you are visiting a student at Calvin University. It is literally minutes from the campus and you can totally walk there.

The condo was very nice. Decorated with “up to date” color scheme. Beds were very comfortable. Dining area inviting. Living / relaxing area comfortable, possibly could replace one of the standard straight chairs with a recliner for more option to relax. The selection of coffee pods for the Kurig was wonderful, might consider adding a non flavored coffee pod as well as a decaffeinated pod to the selection. We were surprised no toaster available but compromised by making toast using the broiler. Over all, our experience was very, very nice.

Nice condo in heart of Douglas. Would be great place during the "on season". I was there due to a power failure and its the off season so there's not many people around. Very clean place, newer appliances and great internet. Would rent again.

This is our second time staying at Kristin’s place. We love this place! It’s so big and comfortable. It’s walkable to everything downtown. The parking garage spot is so safe and convenient. The only negative is street noise but that’s with any place downtown. Highly recommend 5 star!

We had a great stay overall—the condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything inside was as expected and made for an enjoyable visit. The only real disappointment was that we weren’t informed ahead of time that the building was being painted, which meant the balcony areas were completely covered in plastic and unusable during our stay. It’s likely the building notified residents in advance, so a heads-up would have been appreciated. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly.

Brendan was very responsive, helpful and super nice. The place was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the condo was in a great location!!! A short walk to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our short 2 night midweek stay here. Excellent location that is close to the beach and downtown Saugatuck. The heated pool and gas fire pits were really nice after we got back from a day of exploring the area. Isabel’s was just a short walk across the parking lot - great bakery, coffee shop, and market with unique foodie options. We would love to come back here.
