Condo holiday rentals in Grand River

This is, as described, a truly quiet place. A refreshing respite from trying to get hotels to reserve a quiet corner. The immediate neighbourhood is very quiet but it is a 15-minute walk to the Greektown shops and restaurants, also the subway station. The instructions provided were so clear that it was no problem dealing with the murphy bed, door lock, etc.

This place was very convenient, clean, very well equipped with all you will need (cleaning supplies, shower necessities, all kitchen supplies etc). My only issue was that the pictures show two beds (the description says a double and a single). In fact, they are the same bed with different bedding. There is a love seat that turns into a bed. I had no issues sleeping on it, but if you are picky or tall you might not be able to enjoy it. I did request and additional bed (it was there when I arrived) but it was more like a camping folding cot with a very thin foam. We didn't use it, not comfortable. There are a lot of lock boxes at the building entrance, make sure you ask the host to inform you which is the correct one, so you don't spend a long time looking for the correct one. Additionally, the description also says there is premises parking and street parking. There is only street parking and at times it takes a while to find a spot. A great place and would stay again.

This is a great location. Everything is accurate with lots of restaurants and stores close by. You’ll need a car because the city is big. Moreover the building is secure but you have free access in and out without having to check in with security or the front desk, as well as a parking spot in the garage. I would definitely recommend this location. My friends loved it and want to go back!

Property was exactly as listed. Very comfortable and extremely clean, there was even cleaning supplies in the cabinet which was great. Parking was a maze but the instructions were very clear. I will be staying at Tulashi's place every time I go to Canada ❤️

Staying at Stephanie’s was amazing. It was a great location from the airport and the local station. Close to a supermarket for food and essentials. The host was extremely helpful with a fantastic information pack provided upon arrival with everything you need to know about the apartment and the local area. It was a very clean apartment. Beautiful views and very affordable with great value for money. I would recommend staying at this accommodation to anyone visiting Toronto. I will be coming back here for sure. Thank you for being such a great host.

What a amazing find! Such a wonderful stay at a beautiful place! Close enough for us to explore Toronto and make our way to Niagara Falls! Truly an amazing experience thank you so much for such a hospitable stay!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Victor's Airbnb! It was in the heart of downtown with all amenities as described in the listing. It had everything we needed to make our stay in Toronto easy. Victor was very accommodating to your needs, and was quickly responsive to our questions. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone wanting to be close to everything downtown Toronto and would stay here again myself.

The apartment is very nice and clean, located in a great area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's also equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Alexandru is very friendly and made sure everything was impeccable.

Peter was great. He is one of the best hosts we have had. The place is right next to the CN tower. Amazing location. The pool was great, my daughter wanted to stay in it all day. Things that could have been better and are easy fixes? Knowing where to park and having clear directions. Needing another key. The key we did have was faulty and had to be reprogrammed, and only having one is really inconvenient because you can’t go anywhere in the building without it. Place needs to have a new cleaner. Basic food essentials would be nice like salt and pepper, coffee pods, (to actually use the coffee maker). Need body towels and more of them. (Pool towels would be awesome also) An extra blanket. Extra hangers. And communication about the amenities. What’s shown in the picture is not what you get. I wanted to use the theater room but that is not available to guest only residents.

We were lucky to book an available weekend for this suite. The space was perfect for the five of us, with lots of room to cook, eat and relax. Loved using the beautiful kitchen range. Everything was very clean and comfy. We enjoyed sitting out on the side deck which was very peaceful and green, even with the downtown activity nearby. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. And of course, multiple visits for ice cream! Great stay. Highly recommend.

Very convenient location! 10-15 min from downtown - it was perfect for my work trip. I didn’t realize it was a bachelor apartment where the bedroom and kitchen are all together - but the space worked well for one person. Ivys place has everything you need - even hair straighteners! Parking is a bit hard because it’s so far down in levels. Overall great stay! Ivy was very responsive.

Great Location if you're visiting the city close to everything downtown. Great view as well being on the 20th floor. Very clean apartment. The host used white sheets, pillowcases and towels which is always a plus in my opinion. Free parking was a HUGE plus for me (Parked my car and walked everywhere). I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was exactly as described and even nicer than the photos. The unit was spotless and beautifully appointed. The large windows provide lots of natural light and the views of downtown Toronto were spectacular. (From the pool there is a great view of the CN Tower too!). The unit is located at the end of the hallway so there was no noise from people walking by or getting off the elevators. It was very peaceful and we had great sleeps. You can’t beat this location with the proximity to Rogers Stadium, the conference centre, a short walk to the Toronto Island ferries, Queen Street and Eaton Centre for shopping, Kensington and St Lawrence Markets. We walked everywhere. There are also excellent restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate neighbourhood. Mackenzie was a fantastic host who communicated in a timely, helpful, and friendly manner. Check in and check out was a breeze. We loved our time here and hope to be back!
